I recently attended a Yelp event and got a few free 5 oz vouchers from Yogurtland. I thought we would use them after a lovely brunch at Farmer Boys. Both my daughters and I came here for some yogurt. Ambiance is samo samo as any other Yogurtland. No other customers were in the shop at the time. The nice gentleman from the back came out and greeted us. He asked if we wanted to sample some yogurt. My daughters didn't want to sample. I did not hesitate and asked for 3 little cups LOL. I sampled banana cream and a couple sorbet flavors which I loved. So I got the 3 flavors I sampled with white and chocolate yogurt chips (my all-time favorite topping) plus a little bit of reeses pieces. The yogurts + toppings were so good. My daughters got various flavors that I don't remember. We always enjoy a nice sweet treat from Yogurtland despite of the cost. I have to say, it can get a bit costly if that cup is filled to the top LOL. Staff was super cool and smart, too. He had to do some calculation for our order because of the free 5 oz vouchers. We've had other experiences with Yogurtland so we know how the flavors should taste. While the chocolate was the only detectible flavor the other flavors were bland. I got a little of the lemon and it was so weak the flavor was hardly detectible. The individual helping us was clearly bored with their job and we were made to feel as if we were bothering him. I was also disappointed that the Circus Cookies were not from Mother's Brand. It makes a difference, as these were odd tasting, and not at all what was customary at other Yogurtlands. I came here last night. I wanted to buy a nice treat for these girls whose dog had just died and they were feeling sad. But I didn't really know what flavors or toppings to get. So I asked these two different nice young gals, who work at Yogurtland, for help. At first they were a little surprised that I had no idea what flavors to get, or what toppings to get, or what size to get. They didn't quite know what to make of me. But then I explained it to them... about how I don't know what I'm looking for and I just need help fixing some treats to cheer someone up. I was so happy to hear these nice young employees say, "don't worry, we get it and... WE GOT YOU." Then I saw the saw the magic happen. Flavor meetings occurred, sizing decisions were finalized, yogurt started pumping, toppings started flying... it was amazing. Everything was happening so fast that my head was spinning. And before I knew it, I was delivering two very delicious-looking treats to two sad girls who really needed them. I really appreciate the nice people at this Apple Valley Yogurtland. They're too young to remember the old days, where personalized service was more important than anything else. But somehow, they just intuitively already understand that and gave me incredible service with a big smile. And... now I'm receiving reports that the yogurt desserts were world-class-level-delicious and really helped brighten the mood. So in conclusion, I will be going back to Apple Valley Yogurtland. For the delicious deserts for sure, but mostly for the incredible service and friendly people that make it enjoyable to go get a treat. read more

Yogurtland is a great place with great customer service. Due to the fact that we are in a serious pandemic I am pleased to see them taking measures to protect us customers and their employees. My two sons have asthma and their doctors strongly advised for them to wear masks because without a mask you can catch covid and with asthma it can get worse. Seeing some reviews about customers complaining about masks mandates us sickening and lying is even more disgusting. If your kids can't wear masks stay home and stop complaining about employees who are only enforcing the rules of the job. read more

Came to celebrate my kindergarteners good grades by getting her Froyo. The woman behind the counter said my 5yo needed a mask. My husband explained that due to her asthma, her doctor advised us not to have her wear a mask. Felt very safe going here during COVID-19 restrictions. Upon entering, you are required to wear a mask and you will be asked to put on gloves (they provide). You will then be given a cup where you can go get your yogurt. Finally, you will place your cup on the counter and the lovely workers will fill your cup up with the goodies of your choosing. I love this place always very clean but the service tonight has made me never want to return. The girl behind the register is EXTREMELY rude. She rushed up to me sampling yogurts saying do I need more sample cups since they are not reusable in a very rude manner. Little did she know I was using a new sample cup. So disappointed the way we were treated here. It's enough to give this location one star and a bad review. I went in with my 3 year old daughter and my disabled 15 year old nephew. I helped both of them choose what yogurt they wanted first, got their topping and had them wait for no more than 2 minutes while I was able to get my yogurt.
