Went here to order for my friend who had raving reviews about the place. I was so excited to try it. I only knew what she wanted and had it written in my phone..the short dark haired woman behind the counter couldn't be bothered. I asked for just one second to open it up and then she walked away, started doing other tasks, etc. When she finally came back she said started to take my order with an attitude. Also wasn't wearing a mask and none of the other employees. Moral of the story, if your not a regular, prefer people wearing mask, want something that tastes good for the 30$ you spend on 2 drinks and immune shot or something like that, don't shop here. Words cannot describe how utterly dissatisfied and disappointed I am of this juice bar. The owners are terribly rude, obnoxious and greedy. They are so mean to the customers, it almost feels aggressive. They are way overpriced, but because they are one of the only juice places in town, people will pay it. But, the attitude and service you get is sinful. They will charge you for illogical reasons, and not explain why. You feel rushed, unimportant, and a burden to them, whenever you place an order. I wish so badly they changed owners because the place had so much potential!! Juice Bars typically come with a positive, organic, and healthy vibe.. but this place does not. The product itself is mediocre and very inconsistent - the flavor and ingredients really seem to be determined by the employee who makes your order rather than by what the menu says the smoothie SHOULD taste like/be comprised of. I've been here three times because it's close to my dad's house. Parking was easy to find. The juices are expensive, but I think worth it since most are the equivalent of a meal. I always get a help me study with whey protein, the 2 oz. shots of wheat grass and the greens. Their fresh juices and shots have restored my health on multiple occasions. The acai bowl is my favorite!!!! Went here after a workout for a smoothie and Acai bowl with a friend. Babylon Village has been in need of a juice bar/smoothie spot for years. However, this one may not be the right fit. Although the ingredients are quality (and the staff makes it known by vocalizing that to validate their prices), it is incredibly overpriced. Over $30 for an Acai bowl and a smoothie?! The two people in front of us were also shocked by the totals of their orders and muttered the word "expensive". Based on the staff's abrupt and defensive reaction, you could tell the staff gets this often. The bowl was delicious, but not worth almost $20 for people on a budget who want to refuel after a workout. I have had solid acai bowls at other places for almost half the price. I stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon while walking in Babylon Village. For starters, this place is eerily tiny and the employees do not seem to thrilled to be serving you. Secondly, it is $9 and change for a 16 oz smoothie!!! That is almost unheard of. Not only was the smoothie overpriced, it wasn't very appetizing. I decided to head back to the shop to see if I could get it switched out for something else. Not only did the employees seem annoyed by me inquiring about exchanging the item, but they were blatantly rude! Even when I suggested adding another ingredient to the NINE DOLLAR SMOOTHIE to make it a little more appetizing, they were still off-putting. They said "well since you made a custom smoothie it's kind of at your own risk sooo...." I will NEVER be stopping in here again! For a family owned business in the village, they seem less than happy to accommodate customers. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go around the block to SoBol. read more

I would just like to share my lunch experience with everyone LOL. I went to Juice n' Blendz in Babylon today. First, I had to wait several minutes just to be acknowledged, along with two other women because the owner and an employee were screaming at each other. After I placed my order I asked for a menu to take back to work and share with everyone and I was rudely told that they don't have any to give out. I took a picture of the menu and the owner had a mini meltdown telling me to erase it!!! She said by me taking that picture it's as though I was STEALING the chefs ingredients. I had NO intentions on "selling" her menu or anything of the sort!! And maybe the owner should rethink her window decor considering her menu is posted in the store front!!'
