Booking required an upfront deposit, headcount was due 2 weeks before the event, and rest of the payment was due 1 week beforehand. The sound system had Christmas music on already and they had set up part of the room with extra white linen tables for our white elephant activity and a DIY photobooth (which I brought). The entire event was wonderful and our group had a wonderful time. Every dish we got was INCREDIBLE and so tasty. There isn't a single dish that wasn't perfectly cooked and seasoned. My favorites were the the bulgogi beef, paella, salads, the orecchiette (but I'm a sucker for this dish), and bread pudding. The team was also very kind with dietary restrictions, putting meat/dairy salad toppings off to the side, and making vegetarian and vegan bibimbap bowls.
