The yogurts were acidic and tasteless, no flavor from the strawberry option and very disappointing because I was buying for people who never tried it, sad to say they won't be coming to this location ever again. On top of that, the service was mid. Now I'm not asking white glove service but at least some assistance or greetings to start, it's not rocket science. Decided to come here for dessert after having a delicious dinner. My friend and I were greeted instantly upon walking in. Everyone knows how things go at froyo places. You pick whatever froyo you want, as much as you want, and then top it off. Covid times are strange times. We went to chose our yogurt. All the handles that one has to push down are exposed, and there isn't any employee wiping them down after each use. Yes, I (or any guest) could have asked for this to happen. Toppings were another interesting story as toppings were also self-served. It used to be that one would head to the topping bar and top off their froyo. This is still the case, but instead of a spoon for serving being in each topping bowl, you get your own spoon and put said spoon in each topping that you want. While this is a good idea, what about allergies? For example...I put my topping spoon in cookie dough, and then in strawberries and then in shredded coconut. What if someone has an allergy to strawberries...and puts their topping spoon in coconut? There's a lot of cross contamination going on. While I get the concept so that all topping spoons aren't being touched and single serve topping spoons are better...allergies need to be taken into consideration. Anyway, I went with cake batter froyo. For toppings I had cookie dough, strawberries, shredded coconut and a rainbow cookie. Quite sweet, but very tasty. read more

Understand it's hard to get help. Would've preferred the girl behind the counter wiped off the açaí bowl she served me. It was covered in açaí and I stood there wiping it off with napkins while she went back to talk to her friends and an older lady who were in customer seats. I thought what am I doing? And I asked the employee to wipe the purple liquid off the sides of the entire bowl. She coped some attitude. for over 12 dollars for an açaí bowl with a few banana slices and granola, I shouldn't leave there covered in açaí. I tried a bunch of samples and I must say i hope the calories are correct because they actually taste pretty damn close like ice cream. They have about 6-8 flavors I forget how much preciously, and the toppings is what really makes this place great. They have all types of fruits including kiwi (Red Mango get on your shit), all different types of crushed cookie and nut like toppings, plus the Ghirradeli fudge and caramel toppings. It was 9pm, I made a yogurt for my daughter and proceeded to checkout. I told the blonde haired girl I wanted an acai bowl for myself . She stated " we ran out " so I said okay ? ( thinking that's strange ) and said then I'll make a yogurt for myself as well . She told me she already entered the yogurt in the system and that I'd have to pay before making another . I then said okay so did you charge tax ? She said yes ... I said ok I'm not paying tax twice . You can re enter it after I make another yogurt I made another yogurt and went to checkout again . My friend asked the other brown haired employee if they had acai bowls .. I told my friend they don't not knowing the other employee said they have it and they can make them . It was more than clear at this point the other girl told me they didn't have them, because she didn't want to make it . LOL Once I sit down to eat she reminds us multiple times they are closing . . So much to the point that it was uncomfortable and we'd rather just sit outside . On the way out at 9:54 an older man walked in the door in which the girl at the front said " were closing " and the guy looked so confused because it wasn't 10 he just walked out .
