I originally came here for an açaí bowl but ended up wanting to their toast options and a smoothie. I wanted to get the avocado toast but they said all their avocados weren't ripe at the time so I ended up getting the tanaja toast which was quite good! I also got the Waikiki treat smoothie which was also pretty good. The toast was about 6.50 and I would get it again. It was pretty tasty. It might have just been the day I was there but I found the several menu items weren't available due to not having ingredients in stock. Several customers came in wanting an item but had to get something else. They do have some seating in there for about 4-5 people and they do put out a few seats outside! i was looking for a place that wasn't too far from my apartment at school that provided fresh juice and healthier food options. i happened to stumble upon Juiced by B. the storefront is small but mighty and it's around a few other food spots in north philly. everything is clean and the staff was super friendly and patient. it took me a few minutes to decide what i wanted, but i didn't feel rushed at all. i decided on the immunity boost juice & the chicken caesar wrap. the juice is FRESH and the fruit looks good enough to just eat plain & i do believe i saw a fruit salad option on the menu if that's more your speed. the chicken wrap was good as well and made to order, however the dressing had a bit of a wasabi aftertaste? i wasn't used to it, but it didn't ruin the wrap for me, just knocked it down a few points. if i were to take a trip here, i think i'd opt for a salad next time. take a trip to juiced by b when you have the chance, you won't regret it! read more

Absolutely delicious! Saw someone on social media raving about this place so I was inspired to give it a try. I had the Bs Supreme Salad and it was the best salad I've had in a long time, so good I've made it at home twice since having it. I decided to stop past this spot after reading reviews about it on Yelp. I was happily greeted upon entry and that's very important to me. So I wanted to do a create your own bowl, but I think was misheard by the cashier, because she offered me something similar to what I had ordered. Needless to say I placed the order and waited for about 2-3 minutes while another young lady made my bowl. As I waited I noticed the associates were very friendly with the other patrons in the store, they were probably like the usual customers which is really cool! I was asked if I wanted a bag for my bowl which I excepted and grab a plastic utensil set and was on my way! Now I've had smoothies bowls before and this one has definitely been the smallest for the same price. I love this Black owned, Woman owned juice bar! I first tried the juices when my friend bought she and I the 3 day juice cleanse. I was able to try I think 5 juices and 1 smoothie doing this. It wasn't hard for me to complete it! Since then, I stop by just about every time I'm in the area. My fav juices are the heart beater, toxin magnet, lemon cayenne ginger (you have to appreciate these flavor to enjoy this juice) and I loved date night smoothie when doing the cleanse, though, last time I ordered was warm and too thick to drink. I am somebody that adores a delicious creamy smoothie and so many spots often miss the mark. Juiced by B was honestly better than any other smoothie I've had in years! I got the Tropical Bliss for reference, which has banana, mango, spinach, almond milk, and chia seeds. Also the customer service was top notch, with friendly and helpful staff and a very quick turnaround time for my smoothie. I LOVE this spot!! Whenever I pass along this route, I stop and get the spicy avocado toast. Sometimes I get 2 slices - one for the ride home and one after I get home. I also get a fresh green tropical smoothie. The food is fresh and clean and I feel good knowing that I'm doing something healthy for my body. They also have fresh fruit teas and now fruit bowls. It gives ghetto fabulous as in the style of the place is pretty cool, I like the dome chair thing and it's just really cute & cozy! But, the staff seems to halfass the orders at times (either I'll get a really good order or sloppy order) I genuinely don't understand the lack of consistency but idk. It's usually a hit or miss when I stop by here when I'm in the neighborhood. And I get that it's nice to be able to work somewhere where you can be comfortable, although having to listen to raunchy music without it being the censored version at least, is annoying. The owner Bria does not care at all either how the store is conducted in the manner that it is. Those videos or "interviews" that she has are just as fake as the friendly attitudes when they're serving their paying customers. She genuinely is focused on having a bag along with her family and friends that work there. They only want to secure each other and don't actually care about the quality of the items they're selling nor if a customer is completely dissatisfied. It throws the whole vibe of the store off.. I just want to point out the way that the "owner" responds to her low star reviews on Google is unprofessional and almost bordering condescending. Some people just can't take constructive criticism. With that being said, their seems to be a lot of nepotism going on amongst this business, as there was once a young girl working here back in January beginning of last year and being in the food business for as long as I have it was obvious she was new but her service was exceptional. She always did me right. If the other workers got my order wrong (being distracted by other things such as their phone, friends/family stopping by or them just blatantly talking about non-work related things) and I would bring it to attention she would redo my order even if it was not first prepared by her. After a couple months she disappeared it seems, and then there was this new guy and then a girl but the girl was close friends with one of the other young girl who's sister is the owner.. the service went right back to subpar. I've been a regular since the store opened and although I am not a big name, I'm highly disappointed in the way things seem to be conducted here. The only item on the menu that rarely disappoints is the immunity boost juice, the Tanaja toast and the strawberry banana jawn smoothie. I flew into Philly on a family emergency. As I drove from the airport to my place of stay, I only saw corner stores and Chinese restaurants. Nothing wrong with them, just not always the healthiest. I juice every morning for breakfast and have some before bed. Just when all hope seemed lost, I came across this place. What a God sent!
