The prices are way too high for what you get. We went in for pedicures, and they said they charge about $5 more (it was actually like $10 more) and they charge for the paraffin wax. FANTASTIC NAIL SALON! It is always a nice experience to have a mani or pedi. The recent visit to Juicy Nails is very nice. Truly luxurious and prices seem reasonable. I won't go anywhere else! They are neat and clean. Some places, you walk in and it smells like chemicals, and they use the same tools all day. Not at Juicy! Clean, modern lay out, and everything is sanitized really well. It is run by siblings, and every single one I have gone to has been amazing. They work quickly, but always do an incredible job. Also, they all speak English very well, so it is easy to communicate and talk. I could chat with Lan all day long! For pedicures, they have the standard massaging chairs, but they also add a nice leg message with hot stones for free. I have never been pressured into doing gel or shellac or the little flower deals, they make you feel very comfortable. You can also add a wax treatment to you feet to make them extra soft-- it is $8 more, but if you're not opposed to spending a few extra bucks, it's definitely worth it. For manicures, the wax treatment is included for free and it makes a HUGE difference. I bite my nails terribly, but when I got acrylics put on, they were gentle and didn't ruin my nails. Some places will glue your acrylics to your nails as they grow out, but Lan always sort of shaves my under nail, so it makes for a very thin, natural look. Never turns yellow. I could go a lot longer between fills, but I love going there so much, I'm usually itching to get back and relax after a week and a half. All in all, though they may be a couple bucks more than some places, the atmosphere, peace-of-mind of working with professionals, and extra touches like the wax treatment and hot rocks makes Juicy an incredible value. read more

This used to be my favorite place but it's gone downhill with the new management. I got a pedicure before going on a cruise and it was terrible. The polish looked awful and she actually cut my foot while filing off callouses. The thing is, I don't have a callous but she cut my foot badly. So on my cruise I had a very sore and infected foot. I made an appointment for 3 pedicures at 6 pm. He asked if we could be there at 5:45 instead and I said we would try, but to keep our appointment at 6. We arrived 5 minutes to 6 and the place was closed. A car pulled up and asked if we were the ones there for our appointment. When i said yes, he said that because we were so late, they had to cancel our appointment and we would have to reschedule. They don't close until 7 pm. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. Worst customer service ever. Kept trying it out thinking it would get better. Never did. This last time was the worst. Went with a 2 year old. She sat there perfectly and they painted her nails and the whole process took no longer than 5 min. They then charged me the same price for her as for me when they did nothing more than paint one coat, not even a top coat. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them every time. They try and do everything as fast as they can. There is nothing relaxing about this experience. I walked out more stressed because of the way they treat their customers. When we called to let them know, they were extremely snooty with us on the phone and told us if we were not there in time we would have to re-schedule. We promptly turned around and had our nails done at the mall! I've been to this salon a handful of times. When I get one of the women, it's a good experience. But the man who works there is unbearable. This last time when I called to make an appointment I requested one of the women. However, when I got there, I ended up with him again! For the pedicure, his massage was painful. I repeatedly asked him to be much softer. He smiled and said "sorry" but would not be softer. His paint job was horrendously fast and sloppy. I have bubbles and globs in my polish. I still gave a 15% tip, and he brought the receipt back to me insisting on a 20% tip! I won't go back again- he ruins the whole salon, even though the women do a good job. read more

I happened to walk by the nail spa and decided to get a pedi. Best decision...best massage on my legs and feet, with hot stones! I came back two weeks later for mani with gel and wasn't disappointed. Most places just take off the gel and reapply. Here they soak you nails after removing the gel, amazing nail care, plus arm massage while paraffin is on your hands. Lynn is amazing and will be referring all my friends to her! Most places are a little cheaper but the quality of work and the time (plan on an hour for each service!) she takes to make sure everything is perfect, makes it so worth it. read more

I made an appointment last night with Yvette & unfortunately she had to go home early. I had Lien do my nails last night instead & I HATED the work she did. My nails looked horrible! They were thick & looked like clay. She was in a hurry & was rushing through the entire process! My nails would've looked better if they were done by a 5 yr old. I came back today to have her take my nails off & give me my money back & she was rude about it! She didn't even take off the entire nail polish & when I asked if she can remove the nail polish, she tossed a cotton ball at me & told me to do it myself. When she gave me my money back, I asked if she can give me a dollar instead of coins & she freaked out on me. She went off saying I had caused a lot of trouble already! When she could've done her job the right way the first time. While she was taking my nails off, she was hurting my nails & I told her if she can be careful & she ignored me. She is rude & she even told me not to come back because I didn't like her work & to go somewhere else! She was yelling at me saying that I'm causing too much trouble for her. As customers, we are paying to get the job done & expecting results we are going to love. She isn't doing my nails for free! I will never recommend LIEN to anyone! She is a horrible person & does not know how to treat customers! If you ever decide to go there, please ask for Yvette. She is amazing at nails & is so sweet. I don't think people should tolerate other people's shitty work just because they are in a hurry!! I have gone to this place for years and always had impeccable service and results. Imagine my surprise when I went a few days ago and the service was BEYOND subpar and rushed. My feet soaked less than five minutes, pumice stone was barely applied, and lotion and wax got on my clothing. My manicure was done hastily while I sat in the pedicure chair with my hand uncomfortably pulled towards her, polish was not evenly applied, nails were not cut well or shaped well. Multiple look like 90's flat top hairstyles. I was not asked at all about length or shape, she just lobbed them off and they are now MUCH shorter than I ever would have indicated. When I expressed that two particularly bad nails needed to be fixed (as in, would've done better at home on my worst day), I was chided. I am sad to say, in seeing other reviews, it looks like this place took a turn for the worst in the last few months. I am sad to close the door on my long history of patronage. read more

I went in to get my nails done the way I always do I love the color powder gel and it's durable. When I asked for that I was told they don't do it . I have had it done there twice before so I was told if I wanted a color tip to pick a nail polish and they can do it that way. The guy did my nails and before he put the nail polish on I saw that the only other person working was done with there customer so I ask do you guys still do the color powder tips he says yes we do but it's to late to do that he is to far in to the process to do that. I was very upset that is the reason I went there in the first place and I was told they don't do it then I find out they do. Well at that point I had no choice I had to finish so he paints the tip with the nail polish and puts my hands in the dryer then tells me they are dry and I can go .i am always careful but it's hard to not touch anything or take care of your kids for almost an hour after they were still wet and they turned out horrible. So I call the next morning to have them fix them and I was told i would have to wait untl later. If this was my business and I had a customer call and complain about work that was done I would get them in as soon as they could be there so it could be taken care of before that customer never comes back and tells everyone they know about your company and how bad the work was and they don't care about there customers So that's what happend so I am writing on yelp to let you all know this was a bad experience. read more
