This building is really accommodating with same-day appointments, a special someone in my life was having a really bad week. And I suddenly got the idea to get her nails done, I called this business and they answered me with many options on appointments that same day. I came in even though they were busy they honored my time, they have a nice TV where you can go ahead and watch some thing while they are making your nails beautiful. I have definitely paid more for gel nail manicure that has not been as good as this for the price! I will come back here again! read more

Oh boy was this an experience. Not a very good one either. Okay so my best friend was getting married so before the wedding I went with someone to get a manicure and pedicure. We were both going to the wedding and wanted to do something fun. THREE WEEKS before I made two appointments. One for me getting a manicure and a pedicure and one for my friend who only wanted a pedicure. We arrive right on time and treated like walk-ins. They didn't look up our appointments just had us tell them what we wanted. Okay fine. I tell her what we both want. My friend is immediately taken over to the pedicure station. I thought that was strange because I was getting both a manicure and a pedicure so I would take longer so I wasn't sure why they didn't start our pedicures at the same time. 40 minutes goes by of me waiting and they finally fill a pedicure station right next to hers. I go to sit on it thinking that it's for me and they start acting very confused. I tell them I had a pedicure and we wanted to be done at the same time they say OK and I get into the chair and they start doing my pedicure. Meanwhile, the woman running the front desk, and doing nails gets really angry and yells at me across the salon in front of all of the other people saying that I wasn't getting a pedicure and we couldn't do it at the same time, and I never said that I wanted a pedicure I responded with we made an appointment for two pedicures and one manicure. She said again no you said you were a manicure and she was a pedicure at this point, I am so upset that she's yelling at me across the salon I just respond with no I didn't. You can check the appointment and she backs down and says ok. At this point, I am fuming. I made an appointment to make sure that we were both have a good experience and we were treated like crap. The only reason I am giving this place to stars is because the nail technician that did my pedicure and my manicure was very good. He did a great job. The quality was great however, I will never return here because of the woman running the counter it was so unprofessional And I couldn't believe how rude she was. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else because even if you make an appointment it doesn't matter you're still treated like a walk-in. read more

I loved the lady that did my pedicure, the only problem I had was I had a cut on my toe and the acetone hurt really bad and the rags were too hot for me but overall the vibe they had going there was pretty nice and I would recommend going here for pedicures! read more

I decided to give this place a try today. I just needed my gel polish removed and it was $10 just for that. The service was not very good and the employee helping me was not friendly in the slightest. He also made me bleed a little and was super rough. He also filed down my nails and I left with all different shapes and lengths. All in all, do not recommend. read more

Tina and Andy are the only ones I see here. Andy does a great pedicure! I have very high standards coming from CA and Tina and Andy pay very close attention. Tina does my manicure and pedicures sometimes and I have very small nail beds and she always pays such close care to them. I would only suggest Andy and Tina at this location! We had appointments for four manicures and one pedicure at 4:00 pm. We finally just left after waiting for one full hour. They also booked four additional pedicures at 4:15 another woman came in as well. So if you have all day long to do nothing maybe they'll do a great job but clearly appointments mean nothing. read more

Pretty disappointed with my visit here. First time and we booked an appointment for a Sunday morning which was confirmed via text message. We park and the door says closed on Sundays. Thankfully we found the door to be open but the owner looked at us strange when we asked about the confusing hours posted on the window. The gentleman that did my nails seemed fairly new. My gel manicure only lasted about three days before it started chipping. It is now day five and the gel polish is peeling up from the cuticle area. I booked a last minute appointment for mani and pedi! I was getting my nails done for a wedding I was in and they made sure my nails looked perfect. Prices are very clearly shown on there website so you know exactly what your paying before you even arrive. I won't lie the previous reviews made me a little hesitant to come in. Came in here for the first time with a couple friends. We didn't make an appointment and did walk in for 3 pedis, two full sets and one fill. We showed up promptly at 11, and they took us right away. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They laughed and joked with us, played with our baby and genuinely made us feel at home. While they do a good job , they are a little snarky. My fill and pedicure were ok. Im not too inclined to return. Many choices to go to.

It seems like they over book themselves, maybe just on weekends but I came in Saturday and had made an appointment for 10:45. It was super busy when I came in and there were more people than workers. I sat down and waited for 15 minutes, one worker got done with her client and said "one second" to me, implying that she would be with me in a moment. Then she pulled another client in and started to work with her without saying anything else to me. (I understand that client had probably been waiting longer and should have first priority but the worker implied that she would be helping me next and then didn't clear anything up while she worked with someone else) I waited for 30 minutes total before I said I couldn't wait any longer because I have plans and then 3 workers got up to tell me someone could be with me right now, I said no thank you because the time. I have engagement pictures today and would have made an appointment with a salon that could have gotten me in on time. And I chose this salon because they had 5 stars. read more

Best service I've ever had from a nail salon. I came as a walk-in for a full set (acrylic dip with tips). I was helped by Tina, who is friendly, knowledgeable, and hilarious. I had an issue with the topcoat (it didn't cure properly for some reason--we are both mystified, since this has never happened to me, nor has Tina encountered the issue before) so I came back same-day. Tina helped me right away even though she was with another customer, and repaired the affected nails. Unfortunately the other nails started to have the same issue, so when I came back 2 days later, she fixed the rest of them, with much humor and excellent grace. I have finally found my new nail tech! Issues happen; I care about how they're handled, and I give Tina 10/10. Definitely going back when I need a fill :) read more
