Unfortunately most of my visits have ended in disappointment - the most recent one was to return a frame that was the wrong size. The size of the shop is enormous, and it looks very well stocked. However, upon close examination, one finds that there aren't enough choices for any category, esp. when it comes to kitchenware. Sure I've found some things here, including cute hampers, lightweight mirrors and lavender-scented pillows, but most of the time I leave empty handed, and would find what I'm looking for elsewhere. For a store this size, it is always surprisingly empty, and NEVER busy - not on weekends, not on holidays, and not even on clearance sales days, which says something about its poor attraction for business. I hope they improve soon, otherwise it will probably shut down in the foreseeable future.

I loved this store much more-- it was organized, clean, and the staff were friendly. I scored some great buys including a skull rug and picture frames at great prices that I plan to use for some art prints I have. This At Home has a lot of organized clearance spots, which provided major ease for browsing. Our cashier was nice and helpful for when we had questions about using coupons, so checkout was a breeze. I definitely recommend visiting At Home for anything from cute kitchen items to cool, unique decor.

We went in the store on a Friday afternoon and met Isaac the owner. Discussed business and these bar stools we were interested in. He said if you want them I will give you a good price. We came back the next day to purchase them once we had our money together. Guess what? He did what he said he would do. He honored his promise - they shrink wrapped our stools and we were off! Thank you and we will be back. Oh, we love odor stools, comfy and great quality. I highly recommend them in any of their locations.

Thank God I didn't say that. Nicole warmly approached us with a most pleasant and unassuming demeanor and with a warm kindness we were not expecting. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, warm and pleasant, but she effortlessly guided us through our picky requests with ease as she settled us into the couches we were meant to own. Then I had to take an important personal call which delayed our shopping by a half hour and put us well past her end time for the day. She just patiently and pleasantly waited and then guided us on to the next area of mattresses and frames. Unsurprisingly she picked the most amazing one for us and we were sold on it instantly. Add in her pillow, sheet, and cover recommendations and we were on cloud nine. Couldn't be happier. Nicole stayed an extra HOUR AND A HALF past her clock-out time to help, advise, guide, assist and treat us like we were long lost friends. Her service was OUTSTANDING, as was her demeanor and overall knowledge and expertise. We're not sure what her actual job title is, but she should be Managing or running her own store. I own several businesses and have a keen eye for exemplary talent, she is top tier. If I had any open Senior Management positions I would hire her immediately. Hold on to her and move her up the ranks, she's a top tier talent. We will be back for a second round of purchases next week and can't wait to have her assist us with that as well. Raymour and Flanigan is currently our couch and dining room set. This review stands between 4-3 stars. Went here with my parents on Tuesday June 10th 2025 to look for office furniture for our new house down south. Upon arriving, a woman greeted us-- my mom immediately asked if they deliver to South Carolina, and they do. She informed my mom that they take 2-3 weeks to deliver depending on the item. We then said that we were looking for desks. She immediately took us to the back where the desks were located. She also found someone else to help us, who knew more about the desks if we had any questions. We looked around at the desks. They looked very modern and not at all to our liking. They didn't really have any white desks either-- or white desks with a drawer and a cabinet to store files. Most of them had drawers but so little and not a small cabinet in sight. My parents did like one desk, but again, was a little modern, so we walked out of there without buying anything.

The service was the worst in the history of having anything delivered and I'm 70. I have bought a lot. I took off work for the delivery. They never showed. Then learned they had the wrong thing. 2 weeks later they made another attempt to deliver. AGAIN the order was wrong. 3 weeks after that they finally delivered the furniture but not the mattresses. After all this they offered me $200 gift card. I never recd it. Then they said they would send me another one. Never recd. now they are going to credit my account. Never recd. now they are going to send me a check for $175 and a gift card for $25. Never recd. my salesman said everyone is having the same problem. So why ? Do not shop at this store. When we started searching for furniture for our new house a few years ago Derbyshire popped up on just about every list I checked and had plenty of great reviews. Now that we've made a few of our own purchases I totally understand the praise this small business gets. The shop is small but mighty and packed with so many good pieces. If your style leans traditional - they've got it. If your style leans more contemporary/modern - they've got it. Plus a few things in between that could go in either direction and work with just about any style or decor. Everything is solid wood and totally customizable. You can pick your stain or paint plus your hardware (should you order something with hardware, of course). The couple that owns the shop have always been very kind and very patient, answering all the questions... especially when I was coming in every other week for too many weeks to look at dressers before I finally made up my mind. Lead time was accurate, delivery days/times were accommodating and the guys that arrived to place our items were totally courteous. For our last order/delivery the guys didn't leave until they leveled our dressers perfectly. I didn't even have to ask.. they just did it and that's how a good delivery and install team should operate. Truly, I only have good things to say about Derbyshire. Next piece of wood furniture that we need I will definitely be stopping in Derbyshire first to check things out.
