Bbq jackfruit and vegan slaw wrap
    Heather K.

The restaurant is cutely decorated. It has an indoor and outdoor seating area. The covered outdoor area is dog friendly. The drinks looked delicious but I didn't try one. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The jackfruit didn't have an overbearing bbq flavor and the slaw had good flavor. It was a little messy but plenty to eat. I would definitely recommend this place. They had lots of gluten free, and vegan friendly options.

So it's been a while since I did a review! So much life happening! Today I just needed some "down" time. I decided I would get lunch at Juleps and I'm so glad I did! The last time we were here, I had my favourite, the Classic Chicken sandwich and it was amazing as always! I didn't leave a review and I should have because my son was with me and he had an amazing burger! I will post pics of his burger here too! However, this is about my lunch today! Like I said I needed some time where I could decompress from a tough mornin, I needed a pick me up! Well, that happened when the sweet Miss Annabelle greeted me with her beautiful signature smile! Plus, she knew the exact way I wanted my drink, and made me feel like she was happy to see me! I sat and watched her during the lunch svc, and she makes everyone feel welcome with her attentiveness and hospitality. I decided to try something different this time, and BOY HOWDY, I'm sure glad I did! Today I got the BBQ Pulled Chicken Sando, and hand cut fries! As many know, being Irish I'm super picky about my "chips", I'm used to hand cut, fresh chips! These are always amazing! The sandwich is one of my new favourites! The combination of sweetness and sour was perfect, with amazing coleslaw and pickles to round off the flavour. As always the pub feel of Juleps is definitely a draw for me! It is still a big chilly for me, but I know I can always grab a blanket from beside the door and curl up for a yummy meal!

The Honey Chicken Sandwich with collard greens! Love the Pink Peppercorns in the honey!

Julep made it on my list of bookmarks and was my final stop as I was coming home from a big craft beer sampling and shopping haul from Montana. The night I rolled in they had a small sign on the door saying they were closing at 8 p.m. instead of 9. I had about half an hour left and figured I'd give it a shot for a meal knowing I've been in this situation before and may get denied. But they did seat me and reminded me they would close early today. So big, big kudos here for operating fully practically right up to closure. I've been in this situation before and with this amount of time left I have been told they were closing and no new orders could be placed or their kitchen was already closed and if I'm lucky a drink is the only thing they might be able to do. So enormous gratitude here for getting me in! But now onto the food! Seems like a big specialty on their menu is chicken sandwiches. There were several different kinds. I went with the Honey Chicken Sandwich. What really caught my eye here was the honey in the sandwich was described to have pink peppercorns in it. And it was noticeable when I ordered this sandwich with a nice, subtle "zing" with sweet honey and a savory piece of chicken this was an excellent chicken sandwich and perhaps one for the books for me. There were several sides to pick from and I went with the collard greens. Those were very good and paired so very well with my sandwich! I was reasonably full and didn't pursue dessert and I didn't want to delay the staff any further with their closing process so dessert didn't happen so next time. And there most certainly will be a next time!

    Catfish Po-boy with fries.

I need to eat gluten free and this was such a great restaurant! They had a great selection of gluten free options. The Pimento dip with gluten free crackers and veggies was so good! I had a shrimp Po-boy. The gluten free bun was a little smaller than a hoggie bun, but it was so good! I also had soup, which was gluten free and so good. My husband had Catfish Po-boy with fries. The fries were wonderful. He loved the hoggie roll. Our server was so helpful and so good to make sure everything tasted good. Two other people helped and were also very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant with music playing in the background. Everything was clean and pleasant.

Fried chicken wedge salad with a side of Buffalo sauce in addition to the ranch dressing

D My margaritas met my standard (high) . Did ask for fresh squeezed lime. The salad was sooooo good! I did ask for an additional side of Buffalo sauce. Only forgot to lick the plate!

    Pink pony club

Review is solely on their drinks. We ordered 4 different drinks and all of them were subpar. We were really excited to try this place because so many reviews raved about their craft cocktails. The pink pony club was my fave but was just a super odd flavor combo. It tasted exactly like Orbit mint bubblegum. The first few sips were good but about halfway through the drink, I just couldn't stand the flavor anymore. The drinks were priced for a craft cocktail so I was expecting more tasteful pairings for the price.

Pros: good quality food, fresh ingredients, generous portion, reasonable price, hip and welcoming ambiance, friendly staff, convenient location (Main and 5th) Cons: not much!

Delicious cocktails! Beautiful cocktails! Unique cocktails! Services was simple and sweet. Cute little new fancy cocktail bar in Ellensburg. My only recommendation is change hours to include under 21 until a certain time to attract and welcome families.

It came with mashed potatoes and green beans, and had Gorgonzola cheese, as well as bacon chunks and mushrooms spread all over the steak. Meat was very tender and cooked exactly like he likes it which is medium rare. Portions of everything were generous. He also got a Caesar salad which he enjoyed but would ask for light dressing on it next time since it was way too much dressing My son got a basic burger. He thought it was very good but would prefer the Patti be a little shorter and wider than taller and less wide. The sandwiches and burgers don't come with sides which is weird. So we ordered the french fries to share. They're my very favorite type - medium thickness (1cm x 1cm), long, crispy but doesn't break when you bend it and not oily at all I had the BLT with avocado and pesto aioli sandwich but I made it into a grilled chicken burger. It was very good and the bacon there is amazing. So thick but not overly greasy either. And not fatty. Amazing flavor. Plus the walls are old brick and we love brick so really enjoyed the setting Great service too. He knew the menu really well and was always there when we needed him. Very friendly. I could tell he likes his job. We will be going back!

I placed a to go order for two large pizzas (a pepperoni and meatlover type) and came in to pick them up. The bill was 55.00 for two pizzas. I thought that was pretty expensive when I was ordering over the phone but thought, "they must be good sized pizzas" so I went ahead and ordered. They added a pretty high charge onto the bill for using my DEBIT card. I was shocked at that. When I asked why I was being charged extra for my debit card I was told that they charge for the usage of any card. WTF? Credit cards, I can kinda see since the business gets charged a per use fee, but a debit card? No. That is absolutely ridiculous. You have a product, you accept those forms of payment, and then you ADD a charge on because you would prefer cash? Not loving that, at all. Anyway, get the pizza back to where we are staying, open the box to find an "artisan" style pizza that is about the size of a legal pad. To add insult to injury, the toppings were very sparse and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. If you are going to charge so much for pizza, how about not being skimpy on the toppings? I guess I am the outlier here or I should have dined in and had pasta instead of pizza. NOT impressed.

An insult to my taste buds and my wallet. What I got looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. The photo says it all -- limp, greasy, and completely unappetizing oh and not to mention i was overcharged for my order.
