The owner or two owners never bothered to respond to me despite several emails that I wrote. Nevertheless they are harassing me for money despite their fraud. The inspection report had very little detail and was just full of disclosures (as in, recommendations for a specialist to come in, for almost everything). I called the next day to ask questions about things that weren't mentioned (last boiler inspection, does the heat work, are there smoke alarms, where exactly is water leaking in the basement, etc), and he could not remember. He did go back the next day to get the answers to my questions, but these are things that should have been in a report to begin with. Some items were just wrong (eg. number of layers of roofing).
