He offered no alternatives. He just said he can't do that in the winter time. However, there was no prior notice of that and it was included in the price for the inspection and I never would have used this company if I had known that they were not going to inspect the air-conditioning system which is a key component of an inspection of a property. I immediately wrote to the owners of this shoddy company and there were other problems as well like they never released their report, etc. I told them all the problems. The owner or two owners never bothered to respond to me despite several emails that I wrote. Nevertheless they are harassing me for money despite their fraud. I have filed a complaint against them with the Department of State.

I called the next day to ask questions about things that weren't mentioned (last boiler inspection, does the heat work, are there smoke alarms, where exactly is water leaking in the basement, etc), and he could not remember. He did go back the next day to get the answers to my questions, but these are things that should have been in a report to begin with. Some items were just wrong (eg. number of layers of roofing). I had more than one person say that this report was a waste of money and we should demand a refund.
