It seems like they didn't spend much time preparing the order. So my girlfriend called the restaurant and seeing we only lived a few minutes away, we picked up a new order: we appreciated the manager for making us a new steak and side salad but the food still was underwhelming to say the least. Seems like they just charred the steak to show that it was thoroughly cooked this time.
