Like most PCP's, annual well health physicals should be booked in advance (35 days was the next available when I had called), but they have accommodated my family for sick visits promptly, within same or next day. Our PCP offered great referrals for specialists in areas we needed, and this location has walk in hours almost every day. I honestly don't know what these people are complaining about below, they sound like they have issues that deal with things that have zero to do with a PCP office, but instead with insurance companies, or were calling to grill a receptionist with questions that really should be asked in a consultation with a nurse or doctor. Receptionists make appts, handle billing, check patients in and out, submit paperwork and do requests of doctors. Anything beyond that you need to actually consult a doctor/nurse for, your pharmacist, or your insurance company.

But then they isolated me in a separate room with a large industrial grade hepa filter and basically treated me like a leper. Seems to be a huge over reaction as we are not in any kind of pandemic. They were extremely rude and irritated when I asked them about it. Additionally, when I was sick over the last 2 weeks, they refused to see me, couldn't get a sick appointment. Requested to see the manager during my visit today and was told prior to the visit that he would be there and it would be no problem to meet with him. Of course he wasn't there when I was there. Practice is poorly managed with rude staff and poor communication. Would not recommend this practice.
