After 9 vet visits over 10 weeks with two other vets, he still had an ear infection. He needed further treatment but now he doesn't want to get out if the car to go into the office. In addition we discovered he has dog reactivity issues as well. The Dr. and the staff were awesome. They developed a plan to manage his anxiety. We were able to get him in the office and into a treatment room set up like a living room- couch and all.
