However, she is only there during weekdays. On the weekends, the place turns into a nightmare. Cons - the owner, Jason, should not be allowed to interact with animals. He constantly complains that my dog and other dogs would bark and that would psychologically irritate him. He even admits to spraying my dog with water to punish him. Ive had several other acquaintances try out this place and get bad feelings from him. Why would someone who hates dogs barking run a dog boarding resort? My dog rarely barks and only does if there is an intruder or there is something wrong. He never barks with Karen. I finally had enough when Jason told me that he would only allow my dog to come back if I SEDATE AND DRUG MY DOG during the whole boarding time. After hearing that, I decided this is not the proper safe place to board my dog or any other animal. Best beware of this place. You may not like what Jason does to your dogs when you are away.

When I tried telling her about my dogs temperament and anxiety (my dog has tons of anxiety), she just had an attitude. When I tried putting dog on the ground to explain that he can bite if taken from my hands, she grabbed my dog aggressively and said, "next time you will just give him to me." In an aggressive manner. She then accused me of telling her how to do her job, when I said nothing about grooming or how to do the job. I was simply explaining my dogs anxieties and temperament, which she should have asked in the first place. Needless to say I was in there for a couple of minutes and took my dog and left. If you care about your dog's wellbeing and being handled with care, I strongly recommend not using this groomer.
