Altho the massages were decent and my therapist does have "good hands" & was very gentle, maybe a little too gentle, there were many cons that made my experience unenjoyable. Nobody speaks any English- everything I said or asked, my therapist didn't understand, she just smiles & says "ok" and during the 2 hours in the room, she went in & out a lot. Not to mention, she shorted me about 10 mins- apparently, the time starts after you pay, not when the massage starts & they don't use a timer. Prices are on the higher side & there's a $3 fee if you're paying with a credit card. What's really annoying was the receptionist lady kept talking loudly on the phone nonstop, like can I relax & enjoy my massage in peace?! Def not coming back again :x

I'm a quilter so my shoulders & neck were very, very tight. Not when I left. She did an excellent job, probably one of the top 10 I've had including at several spas in Europe, Canada and Japan. She used several different techniques and periodically checked with me regarding pressure etc. They don't play music, which was fine with me. There was no upselling.
