I came in wanting a full set of almond shaped nails with ombré effect. Overall the work was sloppy. Overpriced for the quality of work. I had a single nail with acrylic overlap from a previous shop because my nail broke at a weird angle. Instead of soaking it off or filing it out, she was trying to pop it off. That's incredibly damaging to the nail. Thankfully it was hard to take off and she soaked it. My natural nails were slightly past my fingertips and they made me cut them. I guess there's risk of lifting. I haven't had this be a concern at past shops. It made me pretty sad having them cut super short. On top of that she didn't clean them up with the nail filer. They were cut and left jagged. The tips are crooked. Not sure if they were glued on at an angle. But some of nails look like too much was taken off the left side. So they look angled to one side. I did point it out to her and I think she misunderstood me. I just wanted them to look straight. I can also tell the acrylic is not evenly distributed on the nail bed. She didn't smooth out the acrylic to the edge of the nail. My cuticles were not cleaned up or moisturized at the end. I could tell the lady was annoyed because I did point out stuff I didn't like. Manners or customer service need improvement. Most importantly how the customer hands are handled. read more

I was in on 9/19 with a no chip manicure, which they guarantee two weeks with no chipping or else they'll touch up. I was out of town and just got back 9/30, told them my nails are all pretty much chipping and if I could come in to get touched up. The owner said it is only for 1 week and now it is too late, I'd have to repay for a full no chip manicure. I've never had any issues with no chip until I gave this place a try. read more

Had my nails done and while the final product was okay, I didn't care for how they remove the old layer of polish .... all by filing it off! My poor nails were not treated well ..... aside taking off a few layers of nail, it was generally rough and not a graceful or pleasant experience. read more

I'm a pedicure brat and get my toes done every 4-6 weeks. I was so bummed with my experience here because I just moved to town and was looking for my new resident nail salon. You can book an appointment on Facebook, which was a wonderfully easy experience. I messaged them asking for a pedicure after selecting a date and time on their page. They quickly accredited and messaged me back. Upon arrival, it was a bit hectic because they had just opened and some techs had not arrived yet. There were quite of few folks with appointments and non appointments standing at the door. I checked in, selected my toe color and was told to sit at station 3. Linda was my nail tech, and initially she was very welcoming and nice. Then the pedicure started. She was more curious about things going on around the salon than providing me a service. She would be watching the front door, or the other techs while pushing back cuticles, something I'd imagine you'd want eyes on. I still have skin on my toes that was not cut off. She would instruct me by nonchalantly tapping my feet and waving me around like she was annoyed that she was even having to make me move myself to fit her needs. I guess I'm used to a better customer service of simply using the tech's hands to guide my foot and/or leg to whatever the tech needed. The massage was shotty, rough and only focused on the scrub on the legs and not the feet. Their saving grace is that Linda's painting job was pretty good. Then when it was time to go sit at the drying station, she harshly pushed the arm rest back and told me to go sit. I had to gather my belongings, including my shoes, and she huffed like I was inconveniencing her. I'm used to the tech helping gather belongings so you don't accidentally mess up all the hard work they just did. Linda sat me down and I went to pull out my credit card to pay her and she just walked away. Then Linda came back in a rush, and said "ok, you pay me now, like I had forgotten that payment needed to be rendered, and asked if I had a membership card. I replied "no, this is my first time!" THEN she got allllll friendly, welcoming, and engaged again like she initially was. Like I had hoped she would have been the entire pedicure. She said "I hope to see you back again soon." I asked for her name because I needed to remember that if I ever needed to come back, I would absolutely ensure I did not have her again. Just disappointed overall. read more

OMG! This is the worst salon experience I have ever had. Each time I book an appointment with my manicurist she's behind and I end up waiting. It's happened one time too many. I recently brought my husband here for a pedicure to give them additional business and still I was push backed. After getting a full set of acrylics thru end up only lasting approximately two weeks. Needless to say I am done. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this establishment at this time however perhaps they will make efforts to improve their customer service and professionalism. I tried fake nails for the first time at some other place and didn't take care of them and grew them out and broke my real nails horribly, I thought I was going to loose them! Julie's Nails 10/15/19 The lady sitting next to the main misses WAS HORRIBLE. I walked in wanting a soak off and fresh set because I wanted to keep my nails growing. The main Misses immediately wanted to yank off the little acrylic I had on top of them, I said no I don't want that I want it soaked off to protect my real nail. Okay so she did that, then the one who actually did my nails (first row on the right, second desk by the window) starts taking of the old acrylic from my nail and grabs her nail cutter, I said no I don't want them cut, she gets pissed and throws her cutters in the drawer. So I said is there a problem. And the OTHER LADY explains to me some bs about my real nail but then says 'it's up to you' and I stated I had already said I didn't want them cut. And mind you my nail tech wouldn't even look at me or bother commenting. She began doing HER JOB, and was pulling on my hand and once done she would just basically throw my hand back and grab the next, okay cool no biggie I'm not going to say nothing. She asked me size, and I literally got them maybe an inch or so longer(I'll post pictures I might b wrong) and I told her I want them squared as is and she slammed her cutter on the desk. By then she's applying my acrylic and left excess all under my nails and on the sides. And even left acrylic over my cuticle. She was ready to color and asked me to wash my hands, I said can you fix all this, and showed her. She then grabbed her filer and went over each nail a bit and was done. All of my nails are filed different. One is thicker than the other, some are flat, and I still had to file out the acrylic she left at the edge on my finger under the fake. My mother was with me and she wanted to leave tip, after charging me $35, 25 for full set, $5 for the soak off which was only what was on my nail bed, I had prepped them before coming, and $5 for "LONG NAILS" according to me, so whatever my mom paid and they started speaking about me to themselves and kept mentioning my mother. She's lucky I didn't cuss her out. And to the misses who was constantly talking about me, don't try to help me or fix my nails when you saw clearly how your employee/coworker was acting and even stood next to her looking at her work & offer me help once I'm walking out the door . I didn't even get my color because I refused to let them finish THEIR JOB on some nails that weren't done. Got a set of coffin acrylic nails.. she made them like.. fat and I said I like them thin and she said to do them bigger so they won't break easily.. I went home and didn't like them they were too thick and looked just weird on my fingers. Went back and told her I like them thin and showed her a picture of how I had gotten them done before and this time she left them how I like it. Solid three star rating from me. Place is clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The nail color collection is rather extensive. But some of the nail polishes are old and looked like they needed replacing. The one thing I ended up disliking the most is the quality of nail painting at the end. My pedicure was good. The lady realized I was super ticklish and held back a little (totally fine with me). But I could've done a way better job painting my toes than she did. It was unevenly painted and could've used another coat. I don't get mani's and pedi's often but I probably wouldn't make this my first choice nail salon in the future. read more

I'm so disappointed; I just had a pedicure done and am really unhappy with it. A normal pedicure is $25, but that only includes work on the nails, no callus removal. So I paid an extra $10 for that service. Overall, I did not walk out with a $35 (plus tip) pedicure. The guy was nice and pleasant and the leg massage was really good, so there are no complaints there. Here's the justification for my low rating: 1) When he filed my nails, he filed along the skin right under my toe nails, which was painful. I kept wincing and pulling my foot back a bit, and then actually mentioned it, but he kept doing it. I don't believe the file actually cut me, but it felt like it. 2) Once I got home, I found that a few of the nails were not rounded properly so the edges are sharp and will catch on socks or shoes. I'll have to file them down myself. 3) The nail of my big toe on my right foot was trimmed and filed completely unevenly - it slopes down. Not only does it look bad, but more importantly, I'm now concerned about getting an ingrown nail. It was completely unnecessary to cut it so short. Knowing I was going to get a pedicure, I laid off trimming my nails for as long as I could, to avoid this particular problem. There is no way to fix this, unless I cut the entire nail too short. Instead, I'll let it grow out and hope for the best. 4) Lastly, the callus remover was a waste of money. The edges and bottoms of my feet are still fairly rough and very patchy. If I posted a picture, anyone looking at it would think it was a picture from before the pedicure. I'm not happy with the slipshod work and definitely won't go back. read more

Prices were great...however I wish my manicure lasted longer than 3 hours. I got the no-chip french manicure for $30, and as soon as I got home one of my nails started to peel off. It's now been 4 days and 4 of my nails are chipped/peeled off. I didn't do anything crazy to make my nails chip either. I just wish the polish stayed on longer so I could enjoy it. I feel like doing my own nails at home with normal nail polish would've lasted longer. read more

I went in today for a pedicure and full set of nails. I was a regular customer for years of the previous owners, whom I loved! Although I was given an awesome pedicure by a very nice lady...my nails didnt go so well. The gentleman doing my nails, was a bit rough. Kinda yanking on me a bit. He also left colored polish and glue on my skin...a bit sloppy, and he left white gunk under my nails, from when he applied and filed them. The previous owners alway filed and cleaned under your nails, and cleaned any polish off your skin. Would go back for pedi, definately not a mani! Really disappointed read more

worst experience of my life. Told the nail tech I wanted this reference photo but short length because I work in a healthcare setting so I'm not allowed to have long nails. She understood that part. When she began to paint on the white strips I had shown her * reference screenshot from pinterest* she didn't take the time to make sure the lines were well lengthened and not sloppy. She reassured me she couldn't do a nail design on my nails because they were too short. Yes I bite my nails but that shouldn't be a reason why you wouldn't be able to paint some simple white lines on my fingernails. Not only is this not what I wanted at all but I should've not been charged $41 plus a $8 tip= $49.00. This isn't worth $49 let alone something someone should receive a tip for. I was generous enough to even tip the lady but I should've not even payed or tipped at all for my nails to look the way they do. Extremely disappointed. Wouldn't recommend coming here at all unless you want to spend $49 on something a 5 year old can do. Paint simple white lines. If I could I would rate this 0/10. So yeah..does this look like the reference photo? Absolutely not. Came in May 21, 2021 at 2pm under Nathaly Mora. No shame in my game to call you guys out for this. the quality of the pedicure is good. Not better than anywhere else, price is as usual 25$. The waxing prices are higher than in other places. The pedi chairs are sooo old and shabby... they do not do the massage... If you are ok with that - than it will be the only downside. Normally i would expect to have a nicer chair with a massage... not here... oh, well... Personally, i would not go there again. I have been here before and always have had pleasant service and the price is just right for a no chip manicure. However, I just recently got a no chip manicure and had GREAT service. I made my appointment for 6:30 knowing that they close at 7:30 on Wednesdays. Minh took over an hour on my nails to make sure they looked perfect. He was very meticulous when he was going over my cuticles and the skin around my nail. He made sure to apply the polish perfectly and evenly. I haven't had quite this good of a manicure in a long time, just because he took the time to do all of it in a very detailed way and I didn't feel that he was rushing to finish either, even though I was there beyond closing time. Just left here. Called an hour before to ask if my 9 year old could and I could get a pedicure together. We made an appointment under Kelly. We don't get a girls day often. She said she had a full set and we could come after at 5 together. They started my daughter first..... and Sped through it. Not much of a massage, which is why I pay to take her, she's a dancer and loves to get a good massage. Nothing but clipping her nails and painting nails. I was left with my feet in cold water for 30 minutes while they took people that came in after me!!! Unbelievable. I left with nothing done and wasn't going to make my daughter wait for everyone else to get done for me to get mine possibly five. They charged me $20 for her and it was awful service and rushed pedicure. I will pass along. So much for trying something new. read more
