I went back and the lady just added more polish on top which made it look lumpy... I mentioned I thought the nail polish must be old because even dry it looks weird. I was ignored and I simply left and went about my day... Literally an hour later and my nails look worse than when I went in.... I don't recommend this place for a simply regular nail polish manicure. Their other services might be better but this was not a great experience for me.

It looked clean and modern. They played cooking shows on the TV screens, which I enjoy. I was seated at a pedicure chair right away and given a choice of colors for my gel manicure and regular pedicure. I did ask to ensure that they would not use the electric sander on my nails. I was quite pleased to find that they never use that for gel nails, a policy that I wish more salons would adopt. There were only two customers when I arrived, but people began to shuffle in during the time I was there. The pedicure was fine. I appreciate that they did not try to upsell me, but I do think it would have been nice to have more services such as a bit more of a massage or some more scrubs. It was quite basic and I wasn't offered other options. I was then moved to the manicure table after the pedicure was complete. Like the pedicure, it went by quite quickly. Not that it is necessary, but the staff really made no attempt to have a conversation at all. I'm OK with it, but they could have come across a little friendlier. No one was rude at all, but it just wasn't the warmest environment. As far as the manicure, I liked the color, but the gel dried unevenly with a few bumps here and there which annoyed me. Also it just wasn't quite the length or shape that I requested. All in all, I was glad that they were able to get me in and it was a decent service at a reasonable price. However, I do feel that the services were quite basic and it wasn't the best looking manicure that I've had.

I had to go back four times in 10 days just to fix their mistakes. Despite clear evidence the application or products were faulty, the manager refused a refund or proper installation. She offered only to fix one nail or give me a discount after I'd already spent nearly $200 and was missing a nail days before a wedding. Unprofessional, poor quality, and no accountability. I do not recommend this salon. Save your time and money.

Paris Nails in Naperville is under new ownership - Grace is THE BEST! She is extremely talented, professional, and has purchased all new high quality products that are beautiful! My manicures with her lasts at least a month and would go longer but I'm always ready for a new color and style after 3-4 weeks. I cannot recommend her enough. Please disregard any old negative reviews as they pertain to the previous owners because as of March 2026, Paris Nails with Grace is worthy of going to and seeing for yourself.
