I personally have only seen her so I can't speak to the others. Anticipate a slight wait time if coming in after 5pm during the week or anytime on the weekend. You are not able make an appointment but it really only takes about 10 minutes for eye brow breading. Bring cash too, they do not accept CC for services that total under $20. I don't think their hours are correct on google and Yelp so be sure to call ahead to make sure they're open. I did notice that there was a sign during my recent visit that said they are closed on Mondays.

I have a massage every month. While on my way to my last appointment on August 11, I was halfway there and tornado sirens were going off and did not stop. I was driving up County Farm Road through Wheaton and the weather turned severe very quickly. Later determined to be a derecho storm (incredibly dangerous) with straight line winds up to 70 miles per hour and torrential rain. Visibility extremely poor. I pulled over, sirens still going and I decided I should get back home immediately and take shelter. I called Hand and Stone and left a message why I had to turn back. They called me after arriving home and asked where I was, I explained what was going on and that I had left a message 25 min earlier. (They said I did not leave a message.) They asked if I could get there in the next 5 min! The woman said it wasn't that bad out and everyone else made it in. When? probably earlier before the storm. Certainly not when I was driving north on County Farm Rd! I said she must be totally unaware of what was going on outside, and they responded that they would be charging me a $40. fee. I said that's ridiculous and if they do charge me -I won't be back! They hung up. Despite these extreme dangerous circumstances, they charged me 41.20 on my credit card. They need to take a serious look at how they handled a literal weather emergency. Penalizing clients for not driving in a tornado warning is unacceptable.
