These people claim to have been in business for 21 yrs and have experience grooming poms but have no cule what a real pom haircut is. Think twice before taking your dog there if it has a specific haircut cause they will be rude and laugh at you on the phone when you call to complain. These pups are not ignored, they put a lot of time and love into these babies! She is amazing with my special needs son. He often makes a lot of high pitched sounds and flaps a lot, she isn't bothered at all by him and is so gentle, she lays with him and plays and he has really bonded with her. The staff at Palmetto must give her extra love because they're in her inner circle and she adores them! They also make boarding and daycare easy! No scheduling necessary! Does the ASPCA need to be told of this? Local Humane Society? All the veterinarians in the county? How about area newspapers? Advice welcome. I asked the person who freed Skeeter this morning to please have the owner of the business call me. She said he'd be in by 10:00. It's now two hours after that and I haven't heard from him. Great service! Do what you want here, but I'll never go back. Who knows what they might do to him next? Who knows how they'll treat your animal?
