Rudest employee, giving attitude to me for no reason! She doesn't know how to explain the information correctly. I nicely asked for the receipt afterwards and told me to wait because it's not an easy process?? She didn't even say thank you afterwards. She has short hair with highlights, She didn't even introduce herself or say her name but her desk is the one in middle right when you enter. Make sure she doesn't help you! I rarely go on Yelp but I thought that today I'd like to give credit where credits is do ! First I'd like to mention that I've been with Julios for 5 years and have been very satisfied. Last week I went in to renew my insurance with Angel Gomez . He was very welcoming, polite and knew exactly what to do to get me the best rate on my renewal. He took his time , he had wonderful customer service skills ( along with all the staff at this office) . I said I'd be back this week to renew and in the meantime he actually got me an even better rate . I had left a message and he promptly called me back ready for anything I wanted to know . I'm very pleased with my visit to this office . If you have any questions or need a new quote , I definitely recommend going In and seeing Angel Gomez for all your insurance needs ! Staff is so rude when calling to make a payment. Wait times are 15 minutes or more over the phone. They hang up or put you on hold. Spanish speaking and don't understand what I am calling for. read more

Went in the Saviers location in Oxnard with my girlfriend on a Sunday to get insurance for my Sonata last minute. I was pleased to be welcomed in with smiling faces and bumpin music! Horrible customer service. SO rude!!! Iam very surprised. Me and my husband usually go to the one by 6th street on the Blvd. Great customer service there. Here horrible! I cannot even express in words how distraught and angry this business has made me. We had a misunderstanding and immediately wanted to cancel the insurance we had got for a month. Not even ten minutes after we called and anyone we needed to talk to was out to lunch. So we waited, finally got a call back after over an hour later and were told they weren't going to give us our FULL refund so of course I was very upset and wanted to speak to the manager. Apparently the manager was out to lunch. I went into the business to wait for the manager and the girl that was helping us kept going in and out from a back office and saying that they couldn't gives us full refund. All I wanted was to speak to the manager and try and get my money back. The manager NAYELI KRISTEL GUERRERO refused to come out and speak to us. They kept telling us she was still on lunch and kept just trying to find a way to make us leave empty handed. They agreed to pay me less of what We paid but we have to wait 2 weeks to get it. By that time i was practically in tears and I wasn't going anywhere with them. Very poor management, I know a ton of people that work in all kinds of insurance companies and they all agreed that was wrong. I called julios to get a quote and they said if I went in to their office that I would get $100 off my first payment. I went in and was greeted by a really nice gentleman that offered me popcorn and a water. I got my quote and got my insurance for a great price. It was quick and easy! Had this insurance company once, was cheap. Until I canceled with them. They sent me a unknown bill , I later had to pay for.

Honestly I am not one to ever complain but dealing with this company has given me nothing but HEADACHES. I had purchased insurance through Julio's Insurance, I was never told that there would be a $100 cancelling fee, by the way. I went back 3 DAYS AFTER to see how much they would charge to cancel, and I was told by one of the employees that I would only get charged $20 to cancel the policy so I thought it would be a good deal and reassured by her that I would only get charged $20 I went ahead and cancelled the insurance policy. I waited a whole month to receive a check of Half of what I was promised/told what I was going to receive. I went back to speak to a supervisor but I spoke to everyone but her/him. I still don't know who the supervisor or the manager is. They ended up sending me to speak to the Supervisors assistant, she said she would speak to her manager and she would be returning my phone call the next day. well I waited for a phone call and I actually never received one, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had to call them, come to find out neither the supervisor or her assistant were in that day so if I hadn't called they would have just never returned my phone call. I spoke to another employee and had to explain my situation for like the third time. She had to speak to I don't know who since the manager/supervisor wasn't there AGAIN, and when she called me back she offered me a courtesy refund of $50 so I'm technically still assed out of $100. Bottom line they are shady and they don't stand behind anything they or their employees say. read more

I would like to get started with given this company no stars but I mandatory have to give them at least one star for me to write a review. First of all they are not professional at all you asked them a question and they don't even know how to answer it. second of all they over charged us twice yes twice not once but twice we told them why are they charging us twice and they couldn't give us an answer even though we have proof we have the statement and they still wanted the money no matter what! All i wanted is for my husband to pay his insurance since he travels a lot for work. But couldn't even do that. And now we are just stressing back at home because we have no car insurance. Final say is don't even even think about going to that unprofessional place they will not help you in the long run. At first it might sound like a deal but later down the road when u need them they will screw you over.. read more

Where do I start? Awful customer service, terrible communication with the client and worst of all, the 'agents' are clueless. Bought insurance one day, they made a change to my policy without my permission, and added an unknown car, had my policy cancelled, When I went to complain about it, what did I get? They offered to sell me a new policy. And who was going to pay for it?? ME!! Never will I step foot in that place again. read more
