These folks are scammers. I'm not trying to even be hyperbolic about it. I had a notable amount of extremely high end computing equipment. I don't have a lot of time these days and didn't want to deal with the hassle of putting it up on eBay, dealing with the customers, shipping, etc. and was willing to take 3rd of the price or even a bit less (as places like this usually do so they can make their profit. Places like this will typically offer 33%-25% of the value which sucks for the person selling, but is expected, they (the pawn shop) need to make profit too), anyway, the guy behind the counter straight faced offered me about 0.45% of the total value, not even 1% of the total value. Then they had the audacity to tell me like I was some kind of idiot that the ~0.5% they offered me was a "great deal". These folks will completely pull the wool over peoples eyes if they're not educated or completely desperate. I guess that's the life of a scummy pawn shop (which I guess is most of them). Also, this is very important to anyone pawning tech, I was looking at one of their computers which they said, "oh yes, we securely wipe them clean." I come from many years of I.T. and I can safely say It wasn't wiped clean at all. The computer had very sensitive personal information on it just sitting there in the documents folder and recycling bin. That's a whole HUGE security risk in itself. I could see this being a legal issue if they promise this to people sending their computers into pawn and their personal information is on it as clean as day. I've heard this promise mentioned before to their customers at their locations as they pawn their computers; A BIG NO-NO. Also to anyone selling this kind of tech, wipe it clean yourself, Windows offers a method to do a deep clean, and most Apple computers do this automatically when you reset the user accounts. PLEASE do that. don't trust these scumbags to keep a promise. Well anyway, hard pass to absolutely all of this. Off to eBay the tech goes. Be very careful with these people. I'm not entering foot in any of these locations ever again. read more

Awesome pawn shop. I live in Newport Beach CA. I originally went to my pawn shop Lincoln Pawn but they happened to be closed. I was stressed out because I really needed cash. My daughter n I called every where to see if there were any pawn shops open or not. I called jump-pawn-it I spoke with Isabell and I explain to her that I needed to come in I had some jewelry that I needed to pawn and she informed me that they would be closing in five minutes. I let her know that I was probably eight minutes out if anything could she just hold the door for me and she said that she would do the best she could just to come down. When I arrived Toni the "guy in thd hat" open the door for me and was so nice and so generous they made a exception to let me in and take care of what I needed to take care of which I was so grateful for both of them very nice very generous very accommodating very educational. They got me in and out so quick I couldn't believe it. They had provided me with the best price that they could offer me for my loans which was more than I expected. Overall I had a great experience with Toni and Isabell they took care of me like no other and I'm very grateful for them because if I couldn't get the pawns taken care of I would've had a big issue. I love the fact that they don't close at 5 PM like other shops. I also love the fact that they were so friendly. If I could I u would give them 10 stars!!
