Go see my guy NIALL(pronounced Nile) who is a very just genuine, honest, REAL dude. You will find yourself chopping it up on everything from life, sports, jewelry, crypto etc. with him. You'll almost just want to hang out and talk with him just for his real chill laid back vibe and vast knowledge on everything. Niall will tell you straight up answers to all your questions and concerns even if it only benefits you the buyer and not him the sales rep. This is why we will go back and buy from Niall directly as we know we can trust him and he'll be looking out for our best interests. Management, please see that Niall is acknowledged and rewarded for his excellence as again we'll be back and hitting up our guy for our next pieces! Niall looks like the Jesus Freak character on Glee, Samuel Larsen(Google him for image) but with way more swag and knowledge of jewelry and life obviously. The store really does treat you as a VIP regardless of how you look and dress. I'd suggest everyone to just be REAL and honest and direct in what you are looking for with them. All the couple times we bought pieces we were dressed pretty casual to ghetto fab, pretty much in jerseys and work out gear and they still treated us like VIP. They even cleaned our old pieces while we shopped for new ones and blessed us with the IF&CO cleaner, both the old one and the new one and new IF&CO carrying pouch. They also gave us free Fiji Water bottles as well at the end which always is most appreciated! I'd say the only feedback is we do need bit bigger pendants as most of the standard sizes of pendants at IF&Co. tend to be on the smaller size(1 inch to 1.2 inches) and for those of us with huge torsos and big heads, we def need bigger pendants of at least 1.75 inches to 2 inches long. Also it would be great if the IF&Co website had more selection and more items added for purchase. It seems for all the best stuff you have to go inside the store to buy. Also perhaps if possible validated parking for customers that actually bought something that day would be pretty epic if you all could do that! read more

The amount of pieces they offer is above par, they have EVERYTHING you might need. You need a horoscope sign they have 1 of each in three different metals. on 10/03/2021 my wife and I walked into this store to try to purchase a necklace with a 3k budget there were no customers inside and the store the minute we stepped into the store the taller Asian gentleman looked and laughed at us, we immediately started feeling discriminated and awkward by the way the looked and laughed at us luckily there was another Asian shorter gentleman about 5'6" who curiously greeted and decided to politely helped us to find what we were looking for, thumps up for this gentleman that was willing to help anybody regardless of color,race, or physical appearance. Anyone who really collects jewelry/gold, knows this is a teeny bopper type jewelry store. It's made for millennials/teens with not much knowledge on craftsmanship/ cost of gold. Most of the chains are 14k gold then plated with 18k for more of a yellow effect.cheesy if you ask me. The chains have standard SI diamonds (you can find anywhere) and marked up more than the cost. Also the crappy lobster clasps aren't durable. Once you buy a chain here and there's an repair issue the workers roll their eyes. The pendants are nice, but EXTREMELY overpriced. It won't get any better for a gold chain. For example, a 1.5 mm franco chain will cost you about $800. You can get the same chain at a downtown store for $400; yes its the same chain quality chain manufactured in Italy. If you really like the design, be willing to pay the premium, and don't expect much re-sale value as they are not giving you much precious metal. The shop was located in the Slauson Super Mall, which is located in a unique part of Los Angeles. Upon approaching the jewelry store, I was greeted by two lady employees. They kindly showed me any piece of jewelry that I asked to see. They were helpful in answering all my questions too. The jewelry is reasonably priced. The prices range from hundreds to thousands to not enough money in my purse. That did not deter me from having a custom piece made for my husband. The turnaround time for our custom piece was exactly one week! They told me it would be done in a week and they were true to their words. The piece came out beautifully. Very detailed and high polished. In addition to all that superb work, they engraved their logo on the backside. I did not stop at buying just the custom piece. I bought one of their necklaces and it was gorgeous. As gorgeous as the box that they packed it in. (It was box with a light in it.) Overall I had a great experience, even though I was not fond of the surrounding area. However, the area adds to the store's personality so I can't complain. I sent an email the same day on my way into work asking for white gold instead. I got off work to 2 missed calls and an email from James.
