You watched us from the time we walked up until we left. If our kids EVER do anything inappropriate, we check them on site immediately. The popcorn was NEVER tossed and the popcorn in question was one that we were buying for him until you snatched it, so that kid did not get the popcorn they chose because you snatched it. You made a false assumption and stereotyped us, it was very obvious. You even asked me if I was ready to check out with the two bags I had becuase it was clear we were not welcomed there. The kids were excited to get popcorn and were picking the bags they wanted. We stood there after and watched someone else purchase the bag you claimed was damage and then you told your new nice worker not to make anymore large bags. The real deal is you are and were mean. Leah later emailed me saying she couldn't contact me cause her wallet and phone were stolen. At first she told me she would give me a credit to use it for a future event (as if I wanted to book her again after a no show) so I told Leah I wanted my money back. After constant messaging, she finally decided she was going to give back my money at the end of May. It's June, and I still haven't gotten our money back. I had the benefit of a doubt that her wallet and phone were actually stolen but recently saw other people comment on their instragram using the same excuse and not giving back their money! I wanted to support a local business, especially seeing their kids being involved in their business, but it makes me sad that they are taking advantage of us.
