Lots of popcorn here and other items. They are famous for the popcorn leis for those special events. We ordered a Large bag of the Best Seller Volcano and bought extra mochi crunch to go. The mochi crunch is one of the best I've ever had! It was very crunchy and fresh for days. Definitely recommend! The server was helpful. Store was empty when we went but had tables inside for seating available. Clean inside and casual place to enjoy a snack. Must go when in Oahu! Other locations on the island available.

POP...on over to...L1Iniki Popcorn in Kalihi! They are located in a strip mall on Dillingham next to Wing Stop. I LOVE popcorn and I am a sucker for places that sells freshly popcorn. It is my FAVORITE snack! I can eat them at home, I can eat them at the movies, I can eat them at work, I can eat them at the beach, I can eat them at an amusement park..I CAN EAT THEM EVERYWHERE! Yes I can! If you love popcorn just as much as I do, go check them out! They make your popcorn fresh while you wait. There are a ton of local varieties and local favorites! They also sell a variety of all ready made popcorn, pop your own popcorn kits, local snacks, popcorn leis, smoothies and milk tea too. I ordered my favorite...the...INIKI which is flavored with butter, sour cream and onion and furikaki! I added my own mochi crunch when I got home. I was so happy when I got home. I put on the Netflix movie...NONNA and enjoyed my ono popcorn! So, if you are ono for delicious and freshly made local style popcorn, go check out L1INIKI in Kalihi! You'll thank me for that!

Interesting place. Its difficult to turn popcorn down when youre smelling it. There was a variety if popcorn flavors, types and styles of sweet or savory. They had q specialty menu or prepared popcorn, boba drinks, slushy or not. The honey dew melon boba i ordered was a bit too sweet for my taste, but good consistency and flavor.

I've passed by this place many times and finally had the chance to stop my with my hubby and kids on a Monday around 4:30pm. It was quiet inside with just one worker, a young lady. I asked if she was there all day alone and she said yes. It is a family run small business and she was holding down the fort that day. She said she didn't mind and just watched videos on her phone to pass the time when it was slow, lol. There are a couple of small tables and chairs in the store that we sat at while we waited for our order to be made. We snacked on some of the cinnamon glazed nuts, we purchased pecans and Mac nuts. Usually I prefer pecans but actually liked the Mac nuts better. The popcorn flavors we got were the popular Volcano (classic buttered popcorn, kaki mochi, and furakake) it needed salt imo but I appreciated the freshly popped popcorn for sure. The Japanese Matcha (kettle corn with butter, furakake, matcha powder, and kaki mochi) I liked this one better because it had more flavor. The matcha powder with the sweet kettle corn paired well together. We also ordered 4 different drinks that were all delicious. I got a lemon oolong tea with 75% sweetness and it was very refreshing. I don't remember everyone else's orders but I did try them all and liked everything but mine was my favorite lol. The freshly popped popcorn is best eaten right away to avoid it going stale while the kettle corn stayed fresh for a couple days. I would return to support this small local business and try other flavors of popcorn and drinks and hope you give them a try if you're in the Dilligham area.

My favorite popcorn place now I don't need to dive all the way to Pearl Ridge Mall to get my fix. Fast and awesome service Mahalo

I am thrilled to have stumbled upon L1 Iniki Popcorn. I'm a mom of two children in Kindergarten and 1st grade. There are birthday parties, play dates, social events, and school functions galore. It's helpful to have a trove of resources for any occasion, whether you are planning the party or participating in it. Even better to support local and small businesses. I was hosting a private movie screening event of Moana 2 for both grade levels and needed 110 bags of popcorn. It wasn't until my youngest son received a Halloween goodie bag of popcorn that I discovered L1 Iniki. They have a huge assortment of popcorn flavors. Traditionals include Kettle, Rainbow, Caramel, Volcano (butter, furikake, mochi crunch), Tsunami (butter, furikake, mochi crunch, li hing powder), and Avalanche (butter, white cheddar, Parmesan). Novel flavors include Texas BBQ, Japanese Matcha, Mexican Spicy, and Korean Kimchi. You can buy the popcorn prepackaged or popped fresh in 5"x7" individual bags or larger (6, 8, 12, and/or 18lbs). They also create popcorn leis and Ready to Go packs for family movie nights. Major plus: bulk discount rates and a quick turnaround time (give at least 2-3 days for custom orders). It doesn't stop there. If popcorn is not what you're craving, they also carry assorted crack seed, cotton candy, nuts, smoothies, boba, and milk tea drinks. Service was fantastic. Miya was extremely helpful in bagging and labeling my order. Manager Crystal was quick to reply to my request and sent an invoice email within 15 minutes of our conversation. Location is in the Kapalama Shopping Center right off Dillingham by Zippy's. Check them out and grab a bag of Volcano popcorn for yourself while you're there!

Best local popcorn on the island in my opinion.... They have a variety of flavors to choose from (my favorite is the tsunami) and they pop it fresh for you right there in house!!!! Located at Kapalama shopping center they have lots of parking. Just a small local shop. When I went recently the service was friendly and quick but the employee helping me was on her phone the entire time and it was on speaker which was a bit strange / annoying. But considering I was just there to buy popcorn I didn't really have an issue. Will go back again because the popcorn is so good!

What's popping... All that depends on your cravings and here they do have quite an impressive selection from plain to the Volcano a popular item which is loaded with our favorites butter, furikake and mochi crunch or you can make it into a Tsunami by adding Li Hing Powder though or if you're not in a salty mood how about some Bubble Tea...yup they have that here along with a wall filled some crack seed. Lots of options including some tables inside to enjoy whatever your cravings are though on this visit there was no air conditioning and on this hot and humid day just browsing got me feeling icky. The staff was friendly with a greet though i didn't stay long as it was too hot in there. Thank you!

This is going to be my go to place when I want some popcorn! Service was excellent and efficient. The lady at the counter patiently waited while I read thru all their options and answered all my questions like, "What's the difference between White Cheddar and Cheddar Cheese?" (Answer: White Cheddar has a sharper cheese flavor) White Cheddar it is! She popped the popcorn as soon as I put in my order. There is an option to add butter on top. Next time, I'll ask for light butter cos the regular portion is a little too decadent for me. :) Fresh popped popcorn is the best! Was also pleasantly surprised at how big the popcorn kernels are. I noticed the Combo offer of a $2.99 drink with popcorn order. Tip: The offer is good for any size drink, so order a Large! I love the options for Fruit Tea (black or green or oolong tea) and that you can control the sugar level. I got the Peach green tea with 50% sugar and really liked it! There's parking in the lot. Easy to rush in and out. Yay!

    Popcorn to go.

Stopped by on a whim after picking up cake at Elvin's Bakery. Located in the Kapalama Shopping Center. There was a nice lady who recommended the combo deal and the type of popcorn and mochi crunch to add. Service is 5 out of 5. The peach green tea had a bite to it. I ordered it half sweet and that could've made the difference? It was sweet enough for me. Just the bitter taste. Tea was 3 out of 5 stars. The popcorn was great. The mixture was tasty and oddly not oily. They must use premium kernels and butter oil. The leftovers were still crispy and not soggy, even after three days! I ordered the small bag and the amount of popcorn it holds is BIG. Popcorn rates 5 out of 5 stars. The store is clean and filled with packaged goodies and snacks. Boba wasn't ready yet so I just ordered the tea. Ambiance is 4 out of 5 stars.

Volcano. Butter, Furikake, and Mochi Crunch. Ono!

So Ono. Finally dropped in today and I was pleasantly surprised. Super friendly staff. I got a bag of the Volcano and a bag of the Chicago, both are excellent buttery, savory, sweet and fresh. The perfect combo of sweet and salty. I'll definitely be back to try other flavors. If you're feeling brave enough for Dillingham Blvd, check them out. They're worth it.

    Chicago large

I've been to this place before and I like ordering my popcorn large as I feel the price is worth the amount given. However, I was surprised to see how little they've given this time! Not sure if it's the employee who might have given less than usual or mistaken my order but this sure doesn't feel large as compared to before.

They also have my favorite Mexican sodas, Jarritos! But what I really love is the wine bar in the back of the store! I came here twice because there was a really good brute rose that we liked. It was also really cool when Jin, one of the bartenders, recognized me from the last time I was here. He also remembered Janey when we had brunch and he took care of us. They also have some great food to order, but no dessert. Also, you cannot eat food purchased from Foodland at the bar. It's just store policy so no argue! They also seem to have a number of regulars that frequent which is cool. Looking forward to coming back! Mahalo Foodland and Jin!

It's convenient to be able to pick up asato's there instead of go to their Pali location and sadly their Waikīkī location doesn't sell pints. The pickled lihing lychee flavor was the but I resisted as I more of a purest. My husband also fought his demons as he wanted the green river flavor. But the lychee was so good! Strawberry too! Asato's must be wizards because tell me how it's frozen yet remains light and soft (straight out of the freezer!) If you're ever there, go check um go! I'm only rating it 3 stars because traffic and parking are terrible and it's so crowded in the store. But I did get their Kara-oke chicken with miso shoyu (?) sauce. It was crispy and plentiful but I wouldn't describe it as delicious or craveable so I wouldn't order it again when I go back to get my asato's.

Nothing like da old skool cracked seed stores, as it brings back a lot of fond memories for me as a kid when I used to go to da cracked seed stores to buy snacks. Now-a-dayz, whenever you walk into a cracked see store, all you'll mostly see is "pre-packaged cracked seeds", gone are the old skool glass jars. Upon walking into the store, I was greeted right away, and the nice kid who was working at the store offered me up some cracked seed samples as I was browsing around the store. After deciding on buying a half pound of seedless lihing cherry, he quickly packed up my order, and processed my payment of cash. As I was getting ready to leave the store, I guess his mom mentioned to me about their stamp card, and promptly gave me a stamp card after she stamped my card. Besides all of the great cracked seeds they sell here, she also mentioned to me that they do popcorn lei's, as well as cracked seed lei's which are prefect item for graduations, or birthday parties!
