Thank you for such a great experience! I was a little hesitant to order after reading some reviews, but I'm so glad I did. I placed my order online (9/12/2025)and got a call within a couple of hours. Before paying my $100 deposit, I had a few questions--I was worried the side gate might be too narrow. I sent some photos to double-check, and they quickly confirmed the slide would fit. I paid my deposit after confirmation. (9/13/25) As the anxious mom that I am, I was planning to call the day before (9/21/2025) to confirm again, but they actually reached out first to confirm the location and time. My delivery window was(9/22/2025) 8:00-11:00, and the jumper arrived right at 10:00. The guys were quick with setup, and the jumper was clean when they dropped it off at my house. I paid the amount due with my card, and they added a 4% processing fee. You can also pay cash, but we didn't have any. This is a company I have been renting from frequently since 2019. Every year has gone pretty smoothly until this year. Like every year, I submit my order online & I get a follow up call confirming the details. In this case, the representative calling on behalf of Jump for Adan, already didn't have a very warm or welcoming tone. She had a very "I hate my job" type of tone. Nonetheless, we were discussing the details and her tone manifested into an attitude. Because I asked about a delivery fee she said "we can go ahead and cancel your order" in the most disrespectful tone. Not once did I mention canceling my order, why would she intentionally try to cancel a client? Once this started escalating, my family around me was in shock over how terrible this customer service was (she was on speaker). I asked for a manager or owner of the company & she said she WAS in fact the owner of the company. I asked for her name & asked her to put my order on hold. The name she gave was VERONICA. I was so upset that I had just been spoken to with such disrespect & no care for customer loyalty by a company I repeatedly hired to create joy for my events. Instead, I got a bad attitude employee. I found a replacement and still being courteous I called back Jump 4 Adan to then cancel my order formally at that point due to the terrible & rude customer service. Upon my call back, I asked if I was speaking to Veronica, the owner of the company & to my surprise, was told that Veronica was NOT the owner but an employee. I explained the situation to the new representative that answered the phone who was actually very kind & had a professional and kind mannerism. I really did not want to leave a bad review because as mentioned I have continuously used this company but I asked for a manager to follow up with me & left my information with the rep but I haven't received a phone call or email or anything. It's been practically 2 weeks. Starting off, poor email communication leading up to the day, and when they called me to confirm details, the lady was completely rude and sounded like she just hated her job. The drivers were over an hour late (past their hour arrival window), and when they arrived, they were late for their next delivery so they would not even open the chairs for us, which I have never experienced as a wedding planner. They set them at the bottom of a grass hill, so we had to move all of the chairs about 75 yards to where we needed them, without a dolly or anything. On top of that, my team had to set the chairs all up (150), and they were disgustingly dirty, so we had to also wipe them down. They forgot our table as well, and if I wouldn't have called, they wouldn't have come back to drop it off. I will not recommend this company to any of my future couples. read more

A great experience from beginning to end. I ordered/reserved two large jumpers online and got a phone call the next day confirming my order. Receptionist was kind, friendly and communication was great during the entire process. Contract was clear; no issues. Jump 4 Adan has the best options, variety and pricing if you need specific jumpers that go with your bday theme. We had a bday cake with a large slide as well as a Unicorn jumper with two slides. I hardly ever write reviews but I wanted to write our experience to hopefully save parents from an experience like ours. We used Jump 4 Adan for our son's birthday party this weekend and halfway through the party the generator began shutting off. At first we thought it was just a fluke, but then it began shutting off every few minutes. This is obviously a huge safety concern so we ended up just having to turn it off completely and not use the bounce house which was a huge waste of money, and also very disappointing as this was the main activity at the party. We contacted the employee who set up the bounce house and he was very nice, but said we needed to contact the main office. The manager was extremely unhelpful and offered only a $89 refund and $35 credit towards a future rental, which both are ridiculous when we paid $325 and the bounce house was unusable for half of the party. I highly recommend using a different company. Planning the party, communication was smooth, clear, and responded in a timely manner. I confirmed location of the party at least 4 times, including the day before where they specially said "Confirm location of drop off" in which Jump4Adan responded to the drop off location. Party day, timing was off for drop off and pick up. Junp4Adan dropped off at the wrong location. The jumpy was to arrive between 9am - 10am. The jumpy arrived 10:30am (set up the jumpy was ready 10:40am). Come time to pick up the jumpy. Pick up was between 3pm - 4pm. Come 4pm still no pick. I call Jump4Adan and they said "Oh you can leave the location, the driver will be there." I waited an additional hour for the jumpy to be picked up for them to just say "leave it there." Never used this jumper service before , no hard feelings but never will again . Long story short their jumper collapsed on our kids at the party due to a generator issue. They explained when kids play on pillars it can interfere with the gen but the knowledgeable men in our party tried to restart the generator and it was completely out with full gas . So again not a "kids playing on pillars" issue. I've never had this happen at any of my kids parties , the extreme panic of the kids and the parents was insane . Jumpers collapse so fast and a lot of the kids thought it was over for them . Being that the material was heavy it was hard to lift it up to get them out and the smaller kids were so scared . They came out to fix the problem , took them about 45 to an hour . When they did only some of the kids got back in until their parents were telling them to get out. Which I didn't predict would happen as I am busy hosting if I'd known I would sent the jumper away when they came out to fix it . It was so embarrassing as a host.. I'm thinking I'm owed some kind refund based on the experience alone but no , they could only issue a $35 delivery refund for the time it took for them to get there and replace it. Based on their contract there was nothing that occurred that met the refund guidelines. They couldn't even issue an apology for the chaos . And on top of that I paid extra because no one mentioned I'd have to bring exact cash and drivers would have no change. Looks like I shoulda read the reviews their website is awesome but 2.8 on yelp , not so much. It's unfortunate but Just won't use their service or recommend them. read more

We have rented from this party rental the past 6 years or so once a year tables, chairs, big water slides $500 plus a day rental. We just rented a dunk tank this past weekend fair price, delivery was ok. From the start not to friendly or even knowledgeable of dunk tank but again its just a dunk tank no big deal. After set up and filled with water there was a small leak not sure if it was normal but called to make sure it was noted and all good, phone call was answered quickly and addressed. At pick up things got rough, same 2 guys and the older guy I could tell was not having it (rough night) I know what I rented and I know there are no drain plugs but did not expect with guest and tables in back yard he was jus going to dump 400-500gal of water in one shot. When set up we put 5-8' from a drain a backyard drain not a commercial sewer drain. When I told him I did not want him draining in one shot his response was he has more pickups and needs to go somewhat understandable but not my problem he has more pick ups, then he states for me to move it to drain somewhere else thats where I got mad and him saying that I should of sent him to the street grabbed a chain and drug it out but not reasonable so we started going back and forth I cursed at him and was mad then he stated my drains don't work, who's residential drain works for 400-500gal of water in one drop. I understand it needed to be drained but not to the point it backed up and came up another drain going upwards in the backyard. Again tables and people still out there. Not a young hang out but a kids party with parents and in-laws just relaxing. Maybe as a delivery guy he should of mentioned quickly at delivery "hey when we pick up we drain all at once are you good with where were setting it up?" Or "hey if it leaks a little just a heads up its no big deal thats how they are built" but nope nothing but a real crappy attitude at the end of the night. Jump for Adan everyone you guys have ever sent has been cool no issues almost every delivery to our home of anything goes well and professional and they are always on party events offered food or drinks but not to this freaking dude. Yet he has a mouth on him and says the beer is talking in me but is quick to call his office and tell on me saying I'm cussing at him calling him names and he 100% right that I did I will never tell one side of a story Im a adult and will tell it how it went down, don't talk trash and then want to call your office. I believe this establishment should of reached out but now a day your money is taken and poor customer service is provided. Because of that whack employee we will find another rental place even if it means spending more money on the rentals. Whether he was having a bad night or not your the face of the company when your out there driving there truck and interacting with customers. Maybe this establishment deserves a 4 star from our previous rentals but 1 star because of their star employee of the night. If you cant hack deliveries get out the business. Again pictures show and all I had first asked is to not dump all at once so it wouldn't flood where tables were, basically stop dumping when it would get close to that area. read more

Some of these reviews are crazy, so I will give you an honest and through the moments review. The event is on 3/16 so this is my review for the "pre-party planning" and will update. Ordering and communication - super friendly and helpful. I updated my order like 3x and had a million questions in between. They were answered in a kind, patient, and timely manner. They were upfront about the delivery fee on a call, in their FAQ video about the deliver fee, and on my invoice. I received a text with my order to confirm everything looked good, received my timeframe for delivery, and instructions on payment and how to ensure a smooth drop off/set up. We got a jumper with a slide, 2 kids tables with chairs + Extra chairs, and 6 packages of round tables and chairs. Total was only 404. A STEAL compared to other places. Overall 5/5 Drop off: The drop off window was pretty large 8am - 2pm and I happened to be the last person on the route so things were dropped off closer to 2pm for a 3pm start time. The drop-off process was fast and efficient. They forgot some pieces of my order but when i called they sent someone to drop them off, which was great. Overall id say 4/5 Pick up: Picked up things right on time. They said 8 pm, they were there at 8 pm. Quick and easy if you have things stacked for them. Nothing noteworthy here. Pro-tip to ask the driver at drop-off to give you a call when they are on their way for an ETA so you have time to gather everything. read more

Perfect if you want 30 kids running around an open park and getting lost bc the jumpy was an hour late. We booked this company's really cool unicorn jumpy with a slide. The jumpy itself was magic, and it's the reason I give them 2 stars. Also, it stayed inflated and felt safe. So, it worked as it was supposed to. However, they were supposed to arrive between 9-10am, and didn't show up until 11. Our party started at 10:30, and people had a hard time finding us with no landmark to guide them. The worst part was that our main attraction was simply not there as we expected, which, if you are a parent trying to execute a triple birthday with well over 35 kids, is stress that nobody needs! To top it off, they weren't very timely in picking it up either, so we were waiting around. At this point it would have been great to get a discount on the cost, but no, the pick up guy made no such offer. read more

This place may have the products but their service is lacking. There is minimal communication. Reservations are made online and there is no follow up. The entire process was frustrating but I didn't have any other options for an upcoming party. I was very specific about a pickup time and called at the end of our window time (2:30) and was told someone left 20 mins ago. I know some people may not see this as an issue when you get to have something longer than expected but it was an issue for us. There should be better communication. The customer service was CRAP!!! So rude and made me so stress the day of my party. They had delivered the jumper an hour early and called me threatening me that they were going to take the water slide down and cancel the whole order ($450) with no refund because I wasn't there to sign off on it. The venue didn't want to sign because they didn't want to be liable which I understood that part. I asked if they could possibly email me the form and I can sign it or have a digital link so sign it and they said no. I was 20 minutes out and they couldn't wait for me. thank goodness they agreed to leave it if I dropped everything right at that moment and dive to their office. It was so stressful because I had like 100 things to do that morning. I do want to say that the kids loved the water slide. Thats the only reason why I gave them a 2 star. So I googled jumpers in my city June 3rd well over a month before the date of the party, and jumpersandiego were the first to pop up. So I went with them requested almost 200 dollars of items. Fast forward to last week I emailed because I wanted to make a change, got no reply, I called the company today 4 days before my kids birthday and the CSR tells me oh your order is pending and we don't take orders through jumpersandiego!! So it was never confirmed because the site is being updated. CSR Blamed it on the IT guy when I asked why it took my request when the website is "under construction". I really just wanted to hang up. The order was confirmed through email even said payment on day of drop off so I did not think this was a pending order the whole time. The wonderful news is it led me to Brian's Jumper Service not only where they about 40 dollars less expensive they were able to accommodate all the items i need for my boys birthday. So their birthday is not ruined thanks to Brian's jumper service. The CSR was exceptionally nice and understanding. read more

They arrived at 6pm and took all the equipment away.
