After the results I got i realized I wasted my money in this place. First of all so unprofessional, having kids (9-12 yrs old )!answering phones, and they weren't able to keep their word of making the centerpieces how they had told me they were. I understand they had one week to make them, but they simply could of said 10 centerpieces was TOO MUCH work for them! Here are the pictures of the horrible centerpieces I received an the example of how they should have been made centerpieces weren't double sided which was what I paid for, they were ugly, and only two out of 10 were started of correctly the rest were made differently as you can see in the pictures plus they were all broken NEVER coming here again, DO NOT waste your money here !!!! read more

I'm super disappointed... I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the guy who helped us was super nice. We were told it was going to take a few days and it'd be done by Wednesday. We stopped by a day after the promise date and it still wasn't ready, but they offered to deliver it to us as soon as it was ready... with a delivery fee of course... mind you, we live all the way in Rancho Penasquitos and would have to drive 30 mins just to come back. We ordered a baseball piñata and it didn't even look like a baseball. It looked like a white ball with 2 red rings around it. They said it's be an additional $10 to add the little extra marks on the red lines... no thanks.. The guy told us it'd be able to hold 5lbs of candy! On the day of the party, I added a 3 lb bag of chocolate and some marshmallows and the second we pulled it up, the metal wire detached from the piñata!!!! We poked 2 holes into the top, and again, when we pulled it, the whole top of the piñata split open!!! The rope ripped right thru it... we ended up having to poke holes directly on the sides and wrapped the rope around the piñata.... we did also end up having to pull out half of the candy and when the piñata broke from the last hit, we threw candy in the air... Hate to give this place a bad review, but we just had a bad experience from the get go. :( read more
