We ended up renting their biggest slide for 8+ hours. I reached out to the store and talked to Steve. After telling him what I was looking for he was super helpful and sent over a quote right after we got off the phone. Signed it that day and put a deposit down. They showed up 30 minutes early with the slide on the day of. The crew that dropped it off looked pretty young so I was even more impressed when they nailed the set up so quickly. We were filling up the slide 15 minutes later. Even though the day was a bit chilly at 77 degrees - it didn't keep anyone off the slide for long. Some things I learned since this was my first really big inflatable purchase: - Make sure you have an outlet within 100ft of the inflatable and you probably won't need a generator (depending on your voltage) - The extension cord they provided was a 14 gauge but I switched it out with my 12 gauge lighted cord since we were going to run it continuously for so long. - Use U-Shaped ground anchors to stake the extension cord and water hose to the ground to prevent tripping after set up - and make a couple of yellow tripping hazard sign so no one can sue you.

The tent was delivered and set up the morning of her party. I was so impressed with the delivery and set up and the tent looked brand new... and included the string lights. I was impressed by how hard they worked to find everything we needed to make her grad party special. Initially, I wasn't planing to rent a tent. But five days before her graduation party, I realized we were going to need a big area to host all her guests. It was stressful and I wasn't sure we'd even be able to find one. Most tents had already been rented, but thankfully Sanchez had a couple of 16'x32' tents still available. I rented one, (and would've also rented tables and chairs for them, but they were sold out.) But, they helped coordinate tables and chairs through another party rental company that they trust. They also coordinated delivery of their equipment with the tables and chairs, which made the planning process much easier for us. One of the best suggestions they made was a custom balloon arch (Impressively, it was designed by their daughter). It wasn't something I had originally considered, but I'm so glad we said "yes" because it was a focal point of the party. I asked to rent a Fortnite bounce house & a medium size basketballl hoop inflatable. The owner of the company told me he would be out of town and his workers would set me up. The workers would be there for set up between 12-1. At 1:08 I started calling the owner back to back, texting, messaging on facebook as my guests were going to be coming within the hour. No response at all. Finally at 1:55pm I got a phone call from an employee saying they would be there in 30 minutes. My sons friends were already at my house when Jump For Less finally arrived at 2:35. They did not bring the fortnite sign that attached to the bounce house, and they did not bring the correct basketball hoop inflatable. I ordered a "medium" basketball hoop & instead they brought me a large hoop, which hardly fit in my backyard. When I complained the next day to the owner when he finally picked up his cell phone he responded with "everyone wants them delivered at the same time." If this was an issue when I booked the inflatable I would have told them please feel free to come early and set up as I would have not minded. He did not offer to take off any $ until I asked if he can take something off for the inconvenience. I have learned my lesson and will never use this company again.
