I have used their services for the past two years for our block party. Affordable pricing especially for the slides keep me coming back. I was timid about the casualness of the booking process where they don't take a credit card. I was scared that they wouldn't show up! First time customer at Jump For Fun and I would go back there for sure! Good information over the phone and excellent follow up for the final paperwork/permit information needed for the county park. I have used jump for fun for many many years. I have 4 children Now 20,19,15,14. I have never went anywhere else. They have always been good to me ( jump for fun ) has always delivered early which is great as my kids would play in it while I was getting our event ready and they have always made me last pick up when I have asked. Two stars, because they drop off your jumpy house at the Crack of ass and pick it up at Damn near midnight. An entire day of use. Minus the other stars because the owner Richard is a lying sack of hot steaming excrement. The guys set up our house in a hurry and bolted, they didn't put the extra pieces on the circles on top of the house. There was velcro clearly visible, and the website showed different ones for each style you ordered. The first guy I spoke to when I phoned admitted to me that the guys sometimes forget to put them on. When I was transferred to the owner, he was instantly on the defensive. Not willing to admit his own fuck up and correct the problem. Not receiving what I ordered is false advertising. He said it was a new style that didn't have the circles. I told him I could see the velcro on the circles and they needed to drive back and put something on them. We went back and forth, until I neatly had to twist his arm to get him to knock only $10 off the price. He swore he was having his website man photo shop out the circles. Well, over 2 months later his website STILL shows the circles on all the houses. I am a business owner, I would NEVER try to dick around my clients like this penis head does. As a matter of fact, now that I'm fired up again over this, I'm removing another star. read more

****TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE / FAILURE TO ADHERE TO SAFETY PRECUATIONS**** ****JUMPER FLEW AWAY SLAMMED INTO OUR NEIGHBORS ROOF... NO IMMEDIATE ACTION WAS TAKEN NEITHER WAS THE OWNER NOTIFIED**** We ordered a 5 in 1 jumper combo. Upon delivery the people setting up the jumper DID NOT BOLT THE JUPER INTO THE GROUND. Heavy winds caused the jumper to FLY AWAY onto our neighbors roof. Fortunately the kids were able to get out of the jumper before it flew 20 feet in the air slamming onto our neighbors roof. One child scraped his face, another twisted his ankle and another scraped her leg while running to get out of the tilting jumper. I called for immediate pickup. Not once were we asked if any children were harmed. I spoke with a supervisor to ask for a refund of our rental upon pickup. However he would not allow any refunds until they received confirmation from the owner. I requested to speak to the owner, but apparently the owner does not take phone calls on Sundays. At the end of the phone call the supervisor began to belittle me saying "I commend you, you did a really good job. You really worked it.". As if I was trying to rip them off!!! I have never been so insulted and I have never had such bad customer service. read more

Worst customer service ever. Do not rent from here. They cancelled my order a day before and instead of doing or suggesting alternatives to the mistake they made, they didn't do anything. To make matters worse, they cancelled by text on a Saturday evening at 5pm. The party was the next day on a Sunday. That left me with no time to look for another company as they were closed. I booked a jumper 2 weeks in advance for my sons 3rd birthday the jumper arrived and my son and his father went to go tell the guy where to set up and the guy drove off because they discriminate against young black men I was told my neighborhood was to dangerous and the jumper wouldn't be coming back and just that quick my son party was ruined he was in tears read more

The only reason y they get two stars is cause the kids had a blast...other then that the people who work there r horribly rude...I order a bounce house 2 weeks before my event...got a confermation...payment went through...everything is good...then the day of the event I get a call 6 hours before my party from the gentlemen who works there telling me they will not be delivering the bounce house...I told him I have already paid for it...it needs to be there today...he told me that his driver called in and he has no one to bring it...that he would credit me instead...not refund me..but credit me..I told him no he needs to find someone to bring it....he left me two voicemail prior to this saying I need to answer my phone...being very rude in his tone...talking at my voicemail while leaving a message...because no one answered the door at 7 30am for the driver they managed to find....everyone who was home said that there was no one at the door or the dog would have gone nuts...anyway...the driver got there and set up the bounce house...told me he would be back tomorrow (Sunday...they were suppose to pick it up at 7pm Saturday night) to get it because he was really busy...okay fine...once it was up I was disappointed because it was torn in certain places...really dirty and the door to get into it was really low and ripped to the point where the kids struggled to get it....a couple hours into our event it started to rain...the kids didn't seem to mind until the whole front end of bounce house caved in were they where all playing...so I had kindergartens stuck in a bounce house that was caving in...safety issue much...so come Sunday they never showed up to get it....waited all day...no one showed up...these people need to get there act together or hire more people...u can't call ur customers day of their event and cancel last minute...oh and when u pick up the phone make sure u stop whatever conversation u r having before...it is really annoying listening to ur conversation with someone else for 2 minutes before u acknowledge I'm on the phone read more

Worst ever i have gotten better service from providers out of the mexican paper..after viewing several bog jumpers from diffrent providers online. I booked. A blue gigantic jumper of the Jurassic park theme with obstical course today for my grandsons bday and and i agreed to pay their rates ....so they get to the park and drop it off when to everyones suprise wallllla we sure did get a gigantic pink and purple jumper i have never feel so embarrassed in my life my grandson was in so hurt that i had gotten him a girl jumper....and for paying $400.00 for a jumper best belive i call them right away the lady instructed me to send in the picture of what they had droped of via txt and to call the same number after wards who was to answer was the manager so i did and he first triesnto say that it it listed on the website that colors may vary....uuugh no it disnt nor did i show the style of jumper they dilivered either and then manager said well its a rainbow purple and pink dose not define a rainbow... And last but not least said wdll u got a jumper right sooooo what do you want ??? I had a Sweet 16 party for my daughter on Sunday, September 15th. The jumper was supposed to come between 11 a.m. -1 p.m., even though my party started at 12:30. They needed a two hour window to bring the jumper. At 10:30, I was finishing up shopping for the party after attending church. A lady called me to leave a voice mail message, nice by the way, and told me that the person bringing the jumper was already at the party. I called to say that I was not at the party yet. She got her supervisor, a male voice, on the phone. He started telling me that I'd better get to the party now or he would tell the driver to leave and not drop off the jumper. (Yes, that was his tone.) I told him that the window was not until at least 11. He then said that I'd better get there exactly at 11:00, not 11:01, otherwise the driver would leave. I asked him if he could give me a 10 minutes grace period of time because I was running late. He told me that I needed to "step on the gas pedal", and that I "shouldn't be shopping or have been at church". "I should be at the party and no where else." He told me that the "driver had many places to go to and that I am not the only customer." I told him that I understood that, but that it's good business to wait no more than 10 minutes if someone is running late. Even doctors do that. He told me that doctors' offices are different. Anyway, he was very rude to me with no sense of running a kind business of good quality customer service. I had asked him if I could pay later when he picked up the jumper. He said no. When I asked if I could pay over the phone, he said yes. I didn't have enough money in my account and I couldn't get to the bank to deposit the money until a few minutes after 11. He could not wait. I asked a friend if she could pay and I would pay her back, literally, in 5 minutes. So, my friend called him. She told me that he was rude to her when she called because he thought she was me. Bad customer service from a so-called supervisor! Nice lady who answered the phone, and the man who picked up the jumper later was nice. read more

I called to rent the jumper, they were very helpfull. They went over everthing that I needed for the jumper. The customer service was positive & friendly. The day before the drop off I received a text & again they went over everything I needed. The day of the party they dropped it off early and showed me how to work the gas blowers & were to connect the hose if we wanted to use the waterslide. He did a final whip down of the jumper. The jumpper was clean inside & out! He came about a half an hour after he said he would. All in all it was a great experience. I would definitely rent from them again. read more

Booked a bouncy house for a neighborhood event. Delivery was on time and easy as was the pick up. I didn't have to lift a finger which was nice. Plenty of options available and the kids had hours of fun using a safe bouncy house. I am using Jump For Fun for our next event too. read more
