We have visited this location many times in the past and have always had good experiences, which is why today's experience was so shocking. The staff's attitude was rude, and the lack of customer service was extremely disappointing. What should have been an enjoyable visit turned into a frustrating and embarrassing experience. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the customer service at this location.

Instead of accountability, she deflected by rewriting the timeline, blaming background noise from frustrated guests, and making personal remarks about me as a customer.
