HORRIBLE Experience, stay away!…read more FACILITY: the place is small, and run down. AC is barely working in this hot Texas summer, don't think it can keep up with the amount of people in there. INSTRUCTORS: they don't seem very engaging with the kids. I see them sitting around and just telling the kids what to do from far away a lot. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I never had to deal with such a horrible customer service experience. They don't care about the kids or the family experience, they only want your money. The first week we took my son to their trail class, it turned out to be all girls. The owner suggested he try the boys class the week after so I agree. Paid the invoice sent to me, which included registration fee, and two months of tuition (first and last month). I didn't think too much into it as I never had issues or worry about dealing with stuffs like this before. Unfortunately, my son did not like the boys class and we asked to drop out of the class right away. I was willing to pay for the registration and the fee for the class... but it's a hard no refund policy whatsoever. Know what you get yourself into before committing into a contract with this gym. Now we're stuck for two months.

Had my son's 5th birthday here. We are not members, but just wanted a place to have a party outside…read moreof our home. It was extremely fun and lots of activities for all the kids. They brought out a bouncy house and played for a good hour and a half. The staff was great and my son felt special on his special day. It was easy and effortless and they are open to whatever you want to bring. Kids all loved it. Pricing was reasonable. I am sure we will have another party here as my daughter gets older.

My daughter was kicked off the competitive cheer team due to me bringing up how my daughter was…read moredropped for an hour straight. (She's a flyer) instead of the owner going and helping the group of kids instead she was on her phone. Once I said something about it she then got up got loud and defensive and decided to go back and fourth about the situation, brought other parents into the conversation, etc. She contacted me 2 days later 30 mins before practice through text message letting me know my daughter was kicked off the team instead of saying that to me the whole hr she went back and fourth with me in person at the gym. I raised over $600 for fundraising. The money was never credited to my account and she refuses to refund it. The practice wear we paid for was hand me downs from years ago. We pay choreography fees and had a choreographer one time. Us and several other teams received last place every competition. All the effort is put into Godspeed so if you're not on that team good luck. Other teams that received first only received that place because they didn't have any competitors. D'Ann (the owner) favorite thing to say is that she's the owner like nobody knows. Humble yourself ma'am. She also shows favoritism to all the kids that she coached their parents. So if she didn't coach you don't take your child here or you're not going to be treated equally. Safety is a last priority in this place. Skills don't matter when it comes to team. Your child can backhand spring and be on a team with someone who can't cartwheel.

This review is for the Lil Ninja program. I signed up for a trial class after finding out they do…read moreafterschool pickup from the elementary schools nearby. Thought it might be a good option for us, so wanted to check it out. After checking in, they said the coach would be out soon and showed us where to line up. When the time came, the kids lined up and were called in, but the ninja coach never came to introduce herself, which was disappointing. After a group stretching session, they split off into their own programs. At the ninja station, there just was not much going on. I was bored just watching them repeat the same few things over and over again. The instructor was bored too as she was yawning nonstop. At one point she was literally just sitting there while the kids kind of did free play on their own. I'm not sure if they do different things each class or if it's the same but this looks like it would get boring after 3-4 sessions. Once it was over, the coach did still did not come meet nor was there any follow up on whether we want to sign up or share thoughts. For me, this program was missing a few key things I expect - safety, inclusion, and real opportunities for growth, confidence, and community. The instructor barely paid attention, the activities felt unstructured, and there was no sense of connection or purpose. So basically it's just a really expensive option to have someone unenthusiastically watch your kid for one hour. The gymnastics side looked more active and organized, so maybe that is their main focus and the ninja program is just an add-on. Either way, I was really disappointed with the Lil ninja program. Also, the facility itself felt kind of dingy. The vending machine was broken and the space did not seem super clean or well kept. Would not recommend Lil ninja based on what I saw.
