There are tables and chairs to sit and hang out. Don't forget to bring your own socks! They do have some for purchase but still nice to keep in mind. The toys are all pretty nice and in good shape. We really liked that it's nice for toddlers that are still learning to walk on their own which was one big reason for us to check this place out. They have one bathroom with a changing table! They also have their own parking lot but there are a ton of free spaces a cross the street too which is convenient.

I really appreciated that the staff diligently wipe down everything between each group--such an important touch! Adults are welcome inside but must wear socks, just like the kids. The two-hour party time flies by, making it the perfect venue for a fun-filled celebration. Parking is available on the street or in a small lot with about 10-15 spots. While you bring your own food and cake, they do sell coffee and snacks on-site.

The newly renovated play area was a complete mess. There was water all over the floors, toys and equipment were scattered everywhere, and my kids ended up with soaking wet socks within minutes. It didn't feel clean or safe, and it definitely wasn't enjoyable for them. To make matters worse, there didn't seem to be any air conditioning, which made the entire place uncomfortable. After we left, I called hoping to speak with a manager. The employee who answered couldn't tell me if a manager was there or even when one would be available. That lack of leadership really showed based on the condition of the facility. The biggest concern was the lack of security. From what I observed, there didn't appear to be any real check in or check out process for children. It seemed like someone could easily walk in or leave with a child without anyone verifying who they were. As a parent, that's extremely concerning. Unfortunately, I can't recommend MeLand after this experience. There are much better indoor playgrounds in the area that are cleaner, better managed, and take safety more seriously. I'd suggest spending your money somewhere else until they make some major improvements.

She was responsive & answered my questions, but didn't provide much proactive information. It would've been nice to have a touch base phone call to go over final details and logistics the week before the party. 2. For the price I would've appreciated if they included atleast one add-on such as slime or crafts. 3. It is a very tight window - 1.5 hours with only 30 mins in the private room. The play areas are open and provide a lot of space for imagination and active movement. I went with a 3 year old and a 15 month old and felt safe letting both of them explore. There was a nice toddler/infant space nook that we spent some time in reading books and playing. One of their gems was their front desk (manager?) I should have asked her name- if the owners are reading this she's very sweet (blonde, mentioned having a blended family.) she was friendly, helpful, informative, and exceptionally kind to the children. We loved her Elsa hair style! A front facing person in a business is so important with these kids play areas, it is a big deciding factor on whether we will come back often. She is a MAJOR reason I am willing to make the trek here from Tarrytown. I loved that both bathrooms were clean and had functioning changing tables. But, the biggest thing my three year old nanny kid enjoyed was the hot chocolate station. His mind was blown with the whipped cream, sprinkles, marshmallows. If he could write a review he'd probably give it a million stars. We will be back!

Grateful to have indoor play area options in Austin during the 100+ degree heat in the summer. This spot is located inside the Lakeline Mall. It has several themed bounce houses and a giant bounce scape with multiple slides, a trampoline, and a ball pit. They also have arcade games which are priced separately from the admission ticket. We had a great experience because there was no one else there when we visited so we got lucky and had the whole space to ourselves. I was so grateful to not have to deal with crowds and chaos. That said this is not a big space so if there were more people, my experience may have been different. I felt like the price ($14/kid) was honestly quite steep for the small space. I would've been fine with it if that included arcade games, but paying additionally for those is a bit ridiculous. We didn't get food from here as it is also overpriced.
