Ok the Birthday Party is FINALLY over, its such a relief... It went off without any major complications except for Hurricane Irene!!! But No wind can keep us down... So Jump on In was a GREAT TIME... All the adults had more fun than the kids... All the kids had a great time... My son (he turned 2) was completely running all up & down all the rides (Bounce house things - whatever you call them)... I was apprehensive that he wouldnt know what to do, but he ran right up them & down the slides... He was loving it... The refs we had for the party were great, at no point did we feel that they were naggy or even picking... They actually never had to speak to anyone, maybe had to save someone once or twice that was stuck but other than that they were great... They had the Party room set up wonderfully, they served the Pizza & cut the cake like professionals... I honestly have never in my life seen a cake cut soo perfect & soo fast... We did have the 2 Hour party & it was cramped for time in the Party room... We had 45 mins to Eat Pizza, Cake & Do presents & sing... It was tight... But we made it happen & then like any party we all began to congregate in the lobby & I think the place was sick of us & wanted us out (we were a big party)... Other than just wishing I had more time, there is nothing I can complain about... Just a note, if you bring drinks there - bring a method to keep them cold on your own, Ice in a bucket, Pre-Frozen, whatever... Just putting the drinks in the fridge didnt get our drinks cold in time... Dad & I actually spoke about it & said we might just have Next Years party there also... It was really a good time & I even climbed my big ass Up & down the rides & it was Fun!!! Just remember to bring socks & tuck your arms in like they tell you - all the kids have burns on their arms from the slides... It was also a little pricey - but totally worth it because they do everything, clean up, serving the food, providing the utensils... We just showed up with Cake & Drinks... The location of this building can be a bit tricky, so make sure when you pull into the parking lot you are looking to your left. I have hosted many of my daughter's birthdays at Jump on in Boston and figured we would give Woburn a try. Lets start with the music never once came on, may not be a big deal to some but after coming home and realizing that we had no music was pretty annoying specially because they advertise it. Our "referees" were OK, like most of their staff very young. Like I mentioned before, I been to JOI in Boston and the staff has always been extra energetic and involved. These girls only really came around to tell us time was up, one of the girls did try to get a group picture but it was impossible (party was for a 2 y/o). But for the most part they kept to themselves. Overall it was pleasant but definitely consider spending a little more for the extra time, when you have a bunch of toddlers /small kids it's needed. read more

Jump On In Fun is a chain of kids indoor inflatable playgrounds, and we're lucky to have one in the Boston area. Took my kid there for his 5th birthday, and he and his friends just loved it. It looks like a converted warehouse space, and they've got slides and "obstacle courses" with plenty of room for the kids to run around. Great in the winter, when there are few options for exercise. There's also an air hockey table and a kid's basketball hoop. You pay for an hour in the two play areas and 30 minutes in the party room to eat. The pizza place they contract with is pretty good, so no worries going with them. They provide the place and the utensils, you have to provide food, drinks, cake. It does get slightly pricey for big parties, but $250 for a 15 kid party is very much in line with Chuck E. Cheese or other places. Picha K, sorry to hear about your bad experience with this place. The staff was friendly and attentive for us, and moved things along without making us feel too rushed (they had a full schedule, one party after another!). I have no major complaints about our experience there. You do have to sign an injury waiver for your kid to play there, that's not uncommon. Other nice touches: ample parking, rolling carts and shoe cubbies so you can carry your stuff easily (they helped us load it all into our minivan), a couch area with a TV outside for parents. Finding the place is a little difficult without GPS, especially at night. That sign needs some lights bad. read more

The place is good, kids loved it, had lots of fun... The slides are great and the best part is that if you have small kids, adults are allowed with them. However.... The "crew" was awful. They let us with 15 mins delay (we have total of 1.5 hours with 30 mins for Room 1, 30 mins for Room 2, and 30 mins for cake). This was so aggravating. The kids were going nuts waiting to get in, and the staff was extremely disorganized. Worse, the staff was rude and unfriendly. There was this one girl which was kind-a nice to us and tried to accommodate us without making us feel bad. The rest were plain rude. This place needs serious management. But why am I surprised, perhaps this girls are paid 8.50 / hour. Why should they care, right? M-m, no! On a second thought this is the place where my kids celebrate their birthdays. I pay a steep price for the event and yes, I need it to be up to normal standards of basic courtesy and respect. Beware: new location is right next to the MRA which has multiple outdoor shooting ranges separated by a chain link fence from Jump On In's parking lot. Imagine my surprise when my kids and I heard shots popping as we got out of our car to go into a birthday party. Definitely not what I wanted to hear or have to explain to the kiddos. read more

My daughter was invited to one of her daycare friends birthday (4 down perhaps 10 more to go for this year!) at Jump On In. we arrived at 11 am, signed a waiver and were let into the first room which had three bounce houses. There were about 12 kids and 12 or more parents. The room was large and airy enough to accommodate everyone easily without being cramped. After half hour or so the kids were let into to the second room which was larger and had more slides and bounce houses, a basketball hoop, a batting cage with plastic balls and bats, a couple of air hockey tables, and a foosball table. Then the kids were gathered to take a group picture and were let into another smaller room for cake and pizza. The staffs were helpful and friendly and everything went smoothly. My daughter had a blast and all the kids were happy but exhausted which I suppose was a good thing, as my daughter was ready for bed ahead of usual time. I think this would be a nice place to entertain the kids and save yourself the hassle of having a party at your own place. I m not sure how much they charged per party. One of the mothers thought it was between $250-$300 for a two hour party, but she was not sure. read more

We had our daughters 5th birthday party here and the service was wonderful. Our 2 referees were Brittany and Matthew and they couldn't have been better. The did everything from organizing the kids, serving the food and the most importantly they retrieved all of our helium balloons that went into the rafters. The Jump on In in Woburn needs to replace some of their equipment. A lot of the equipment was taped up (and therefore abrasive). I had my daughter's 5 year old party there and half the kids (and parents) who used the slides ended up skinning their elbows. When I asked the ref about it, she said they had some spray and bandages on hand and it's the kids responsibility to keep their elbows up when they go down the slides (either use your elbows and skin them or go over the barrier and crash on the floor mat). If you go here, make sure everyone wears long sleeve shirts. The kids did have a lot of fun and the flow of party was good. If it wasn't for the yells during bath time (the scrapes hurt a lot more when they get wet), it would have gotten a much better rating. read more

We have been to several parties here. The staff has always been attentive and friendly. Good with the kids, firm but friendly about the rules. The kids of course love it. Unfortunately at this last party my child seems to have contracted conjunctivitis. Realistically there is no way to prevent this no matter how much they clean. read more

We just had our son's birthday party here and it was wonderful. I have never had such a stress free party. They help you set up and clean up. I was able to mingle with my gas the entire time and not worry about anything. The girls who helped with the party were friendly and asked me before they did certain things to make sure they knew my preference. I do wish there was about 15 more minutes in the party room even though I pay for the big jump with having enough children for the smaller party we still did not have enough time to open gifts but that was because we chose to serve food I would not hold that against the company. so, we went to another B-Day to the Jump On In. the place has new step stools (kind of IKEA ones). they seem to be doing better job - not as easy to push around and more stable. I hope it took my review for the management to do something. happy for the kids who won't have to bump their heads so much on the floor and get upset instead of having fun. read more

i did a last minute party for my daughter and it was definitely worth the money. we opted for the glow in the dark option which the older kids enjoyed. however if you have smaller children it may scare them because it is very dark. they do give you glow sticks to use as necklaces so you can keep track of your kids which is a major plus. the kids were having such a good time that even us adults had to join in and we all had a blast. when we got to the pizza and cake room it was already set up for the kids and adults to eat. the pizza was good (especially for the price!) and they thankfully even cut the cake for us (it was ice cream) we were the last party so we did not feel rushed but it would have been a tight rush at the end to do pizza, cake and presents if we werent. the staff was very sweet and good with the kids. all the kids that went to the party enjoyed themselves very much and many of them wanted to do it all over again. i have had parties at home and for the money jump on in was well worth it. i had no stress to set up, entertain, clean up and i got the time to enjoy the company of my invited guests. we are very happy. read more
