My trainer, Andy Huang, is a good friend and absolutely LEGIT - having won both body-building and powerlifting competitions. He knows what he's doing and has gotten great results - as far as I'm concerned. Lost a lot of weight, got off several meds I was taking - my back and core are a whole lot stronger. I used to have back issues all the time. Not any more. The owner - Shane Varnado - runs a professional gym and only allows quality, skilled personnel to train people in his facility (Jason, Paul, Jeremy). The gym has everything you need for training in all kinds of areas - for athletes, for people just trying to get fit or stay fit, people doing body sculpting, people recovering from injuries, people trying to lose weight, people with disabilities, etc. The bathrooms are clean and well-kept. There is a shower available. They have a sauna and a registered Massage Therapist on location as well. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

I'd had them a few years ago from another place so I knew they work for energy. Fast forward to me deciding to give the weight loss program a try. I was UBER excited to see how it would work. I went for the initial class/orientation which was okay, no ground breaking info received but it was informative. Then I waited to see the dr. She asked a couple of questions about my goals, told me she was writing my rx & that was it. I'm a little like wth but thinking maybe it gets more involved as I progress. Oh, I did do the weigh-in/body analysis which was done by the lady that conducted the orientation & they scheduled my refill appt. I receive my rx about 2wks or so later. When it was time for my refill appt, I had only just taken my 2nd dose like the day before. I do my weigh-in & body anaylsis and again am taken to the dr. He doesn't ask any questions but tells me he's doubling my dosage. Considering I've only had 2 so far which isn't enough time to know anything, I was a bit surprised & asked him why he was doubling the dosage. His response???? "Because we can." TF??!! Then when I look at the receipt, it's $160 to see the "doctor". $160 for what exactly??!!! That's like 60% of the total cost. Idk yet if the meds will help me see a difference (in addition to eating better & exercise) but I do know I won't be giving them any more of my money.

There is a huge selection of essential oils , vitamins, and fresh herbs. For example you can buy dried elderberries to make your own elderberry syrup or you can buy some already made . They even have a few choices of different types of elderberry syrup. They sell cbd oil products I purchased a frankincense and myrrh one that smelled great for my dad . The have all types of products and they had cbd oil balm samples out to try . They also have magnesium cream that's made fresh. They have products from local vendors . This is a really cool store to check out ! They have a few items you can sample. They hold seminars through the year to educate their customers for free.
