My daughter wanted the Disney Princess Castle and Dave and his crew, delivered on very short notice. The jump house was HUGE and a massive hit in the neighborhood and with the girls. The price was incredibly reasonable. We had a slight mechanical issue that the crew worked on for quite some time. It really didn't affect the use of the jumpy house, but they wanted it to be as perfect as possible. Because of their self-described 'inconvenience', Dave allowed the girls to have a few hours of extra 'jumpy castle time'. They've been purchased by Taylor Rentals who we did use in the past. Josh was helpful and kind. The equipment was clean and sturdy. One tiny issue was that the guy who was there when I returned the chairs complained that they were stacked upside down in my vehicle. When I told him I didn't load them, he doubled down. I immediately called to let them know everyone attending the event had flown from out of town and there was no way I could return the tables and chairs on Monday (flights were Sun evening). The owner did go out of his way to allow me to return on Sun but I had to argue this with him and he was a bit of jerk about it which made me feel like I had to be a jerk back. I made an appointment with Rachel one time, drove for an hour from Mesa to Phoenix and I had to wait for literally 3 hours outside her office because she forgot we were supposed to meet and was not prepared at all. For my wedding, she told me that she was drafting a contract, it took her 5 months to do a simple contract every time I called her about it, she made an excuse or said she was working on it until my wedding was 15 days away and I realized she didn't send me a contract earlier because she knew is very difficult to find other vendors within such short time and for the purpose of cornering me and forcing me to pay more money than what we agreed on,it was my fault that I was patient and had faith in a person like her and waited so long and for her to give a contract, i eventually was lucky to find another vendor but I was very upset for all the mess and stress she caused me and my family. I heard great things about her mother and the person that managed the business before, but she truly sucks, if you want to save yourself stress and the headache of having to deal with an awful vendor DO NOT GO TO HER!
