We then grabbed our golf balls and clubs and headed on out. Once outside, we stood in line for the black course. Both the red and black courses had long lines but we opted for the black. We waited about 15 minutes to finally be able to start. It was really busy so we moved slow as there was one big group ahead of us. There was also a big ol line behind us. We played all 18 holes and it took close to 3 hours to complete. We had lots of fun though and the music was lit. The course itself was challenging and fun. It was a nice night out as it was not hot and they had the fans going on at full blast. This place was great! Will be back! They have military and senior discounts available!

Upon checking in and paying, there is an assortment of putters and color-coded golf balls so you know whose ball is whose. Our party of six (max players in a group) played our way through the black 18-hole course in about an hour. Tiger Woods designed this course with two 18-hole courses, red and black (his Sunday colors) and it's a surprisingly challenging play. The green carpet is dense and plush, not like the Astroturf of many similar courses. The "sand traps" are areas of white carpet that is slightly shaggier than the green. Food and beverages are available on the course with a QR code to scan and order, there is a nice outdoor spot where we sat and ordered lunch. Next to us was a play area with ping-pong and bags, and a fenced toddler play yard. Our lunch was good and I highly recommend checking it out if you're in Scottsdale!

For families: No need to rush to get your kids out the door. You still get your full fun time even if you come in the afternoon. The 90minutes only count play time. Details: a great place to be active and let kids burn their energy. It is also a great place for adults. Very interactive. Most games usually are up to 5 players I believe. But if you have more than 5, your group may have to split up. This is a great place to burn calories too! The entire time, my heart rate was ranging around 150. Fun for all. Price is great for what you get for. But I can understand that $40 can be a bit pricey for some. However it is still a great place to try.

My husband and I have gone several times and we've gone with friends. Everyone has absolutely loved the experience. There are definitely times of day to avoid. Screaming groups of children absolutely destroying rooms (balls all over the floor) or not leaving rooms in the exit window can be super annoying. Just be mindful of the time/date combo you're booking and how many spaces are already booked up. Go, get off that couch. Bring out your inner arcade child, and enjoy! It's sure to be a blast! On our first visit, 90 minutes went by fast because it took a couple tries to figure out some of the games. After a couple visits, 60 minutes may be enough if you're able to get in and out of rooms quickly! You can also book 60 and add an extra 30 during your visit for $13.

But I just came here to play mini golf. Staff was great, and I was able to start early since I arrived before my reserved play time. There are two courses on site (starting either upstairs or downstairs), you don't get to choose when you book online, at least I don't remember being given an option, they just place you in one. I did the yellow & green course (amber & emerald to be exact). Lots of lights and color with moving parts on some of the holes. And the main difference is automatic scoring via ball sensors (which means I couldn't cheat, lol). I actually never keep score when I play mini golf. But I do like getting extra tries. The place was pretty busy, so it probably wouldn't be a good idea anyway. The holes are playful and creative, but more flashy than challenging. I'm no pro though so I'm fine with that. After getting a hole-in-one on the first two holes, I was feeling pretty confident. I know it was partly luck, lol. Not surprisingly, it didn't last. I had fun, that's what matters.

It was so busy around noon, but it was also Good Friday so a lot of people didn't have work or school. Fortunately, we were able to book a tee time. We chose 18-holes which was two 9-hole games, on different courses. Game one was on the first level. It was actually so much fun. I loved the setup - you can see your group's info on the TV screen each time you move to the next hole. Your golf balls are tracked, so it can keep score for you. Our second game was upstairs where there was a big party finishing up ahead of us. That did slow things down a bit, but understandably. Our favorite part of each round was trivia, where you aim the golf ball into either the true or false slot to answer the question on the TV screen. Service was great - both guys that checked us in for each game were very helpful. Also, someone ahead of us had an issue with their golf ball not registering any movements, but a staff member quickly replaced it with a new ball. The staff member who oversees each course can also put in drink orders for you. That's convenient, but we didn't order anything. The game moves pretty quickly anyway. Lastly, they have a weekday offer where you buy one 9-hole game and get 50% off a second game. We would definitely come here again!

From the moment we…read morewalked in, the atmosphere was immaculate, welcoming, exciting, and perfectly designed to make kids feel both comfortable and thrilled. Jennifer was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything run smoothly and ensuring our group felt confident and excited before starting. Jacob and Austin were absolutely wonderful with the kids, so patient, sweet, and engaging. They truly know how to connect with children and make the experience extra special. The rooms are a great level for kids, challenging enough to be fun and stimulating, but not frustrating. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, which really added to the immersive experience and showed the care that goes into every detail. The kids did their Old Wizard room and have not stopped talking about it. They are already begging to come back! This is honestly the first place I've ever felt compelled to leave a review, simply because it was that good. Highly recommend Cluville Scottsdale Kids Escape Room for an unforgettable kids' experience. We can't wait to return!!!

This review is specific to the bday party packages. It looks like I'm the first one to leave a…read morereview of this kind, so I'm going to be as thorough and honest as possible. We hosted my daughter's 9th birthday party at Clueville Escape Rooms Scottsdale. The kids genuinely had a great time in the escape room (old wizard), so I want to start there. However, the overall party experience fell short in several key areas. The biggest issue was staffing. There was only one employee working during our party. (I also honestly cannot believe only one person was working on a busy Saturday on a holiday weekend. Management- do better!) She was incredibly kind, friendly, and clearly doing her best, but she was also managing the front desk, resetting escape rooms, cleaning, helping incoming guests, and taking phone calls. As a result, there was no dedicated party host, which is something I expected when booking (it states on the website that your party package comes with a party host). I actually felt bad asking her for anything because she was so stretched thin. After the escape room, we moved into the party room for about 1 hour and 15 minutes as the kids finished the room pretty fast. The website states that all you need to do is bring a cake, which gave the impression that the party would be facilitated (again, "a dedicated party host" was promised). We were given a couple of games (bingo, and then she asked if I had brought prizes??? Um, no, I didn't bring prizes for a bingo game I didn't know I was doing...), but I had not planned to run the party myself. That was frustrating and not what I expected. At one point the employee mentioned friendship bracelets to my daughter, but she was too busy with other things and they never got to make them. The pizza situation was also very disappointing. It didn't arrive until about 35 minutes after we were in the party room, leaving a group of hungry kids waiting. When it did arrive, it was cold and small. The "cheese party pizza" we ordered for $25 ended up being a medium pizza from Barro's Pizza. (Which is about $11...they do offer an XL for $15!! Why not offer that?!) More importantly, calling this a "party pizza" is misleading. That wording strongly implies a large or extra-large pizza meant to feed a group. I even asked when we arrived how big it was and was told it was "a decent size," which reinforced that expectation. Another frustration is that you are not allowed to bring in any outside food or drinks other than dessert. That means no chips, fruit trays, veggie trays, or anything else to supplement. If outside food isn't allowed, there really needs to be more variety offered on-site. Being limited to $25 pizzas with no additional options felt very restrictive and, honestly, like a money grab. Because of the delay, we ended up rushing through cake and presents at the end of our reserved time, which made the party feel chaotic. One other note for parents: my daughter was turning 9 and this felt like a great age for the experience. I also have a 12 yr old, and while she still enjoyed it, she definitely felt toward the upper end of the target age range. Even though they advertise up to age 14, I would say ages 8-10 are probably the sweet spot. Overall, the concept is great and the kids had fun, but the party execution needs help. With more staffing, a true party host as promised, and better food pricing and more options, this could be a great bday party place. Until then, there are better options. If we did it again, I would just buy the tickets for the group and then go elsewhere for food/fun.
