I've noticed small black businesses next door to one another which was also a great perk because it's nice to see diversity in businesses. They have parking meters outside that are really reasonable. I suggest bringing $1.50 in quarters, and you will be fine parking and browsing shops in the area. Some meters in the area do not have a cc insert so I recommend keeping quarters on hand.
