We had so I thought a party booked for my son's birthday party. We had 20 kids at our house waiting the the game truck that never showed up. I called and the guy said he didn't have my reservation down. I booked through the website and when I was asked if I wanted to book, I said yes let's book. So I thought I was good. Turns out he didn't see that message. He did call the truck that was not currently at a party to see if that person could come for at least a little bit and they said no. I work full time and have a side business and raise my kids on my own so basically 24/7 I'm working :D Well the customer service was great after we discussed our differences. The kids had a blast.
