The set up guys called the owner, Eric, and he was rude saying if this doesn't work I will just give you a full refund. My son tested out the waterslide and if the set up guys were not holding the strap down after staking it in the grass, it would have tipped right over onto the concrete which would have resulted in a serious injury. I agreed with Eric that since it was not working and was not the length they promised that I would accept the refund. He said ok and they took up the waterslide. I have been calling and texting for my refund. Finally, the other owner, Jessica told me she will NOT be extending the refund. I disputed this with my bank and am willing to take this matter up legally all the way.

They not only fulfilled this request but they didn't up charge me! I love how they set up my tables and chairs for me. Then Rene kept checking in with me to make sure that the layout was meeting my expectations! My event ended early and I wanted them to pick up their tables & chairs at 4pm but because my event was over at 3pm, wow they actually came immediately! I mean don't expect this kinda service lol because I rented on a week day. I doubt they would have the ability to do something like this during peak times.
