I had to cancel my son's birthday party due to a very contagious virus he caught at preschool. I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

They showed up on time with a great smile and brought the fun party vibes. Setup was quick and easy. They showed us how to operate the bull and in no time, the kids were loving it. My son asked to keep going and eventually the bull stopped bucking. We called Josh and they came back within a few minutes. Just needed to reconnect an obviously disconnected cable under the bull.
