Great coffee shop. Friendly baristas. Yummy iced latte. Relaxing atmosphere. Drive thru and comfy inside seating.

I've been twice and have been pleased each time. They offer a huge assortment of syrup combos- they are written all over the window area- it's slightly overwhelming, but also a sweet coffee lovers dream. My first trip was in the morning and the line was long (about 6 cars) and moved slow. There is limited room for the line to form, so I'm not sure how the line wraps during during peak morning hours (?). My visit during the afternoon was 2 cars deep and quicker. Prices are average. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and open to questions and suggestions. Drive through only.

Jumpin' Java is definitely one of the coffee shops you should visit while you are at the beach. The shop is family-owned and the bakery is made fresh daily (good to support local owners). The inside is small, but comforting. The prices were just about right (ranging from $4-$5) and the service is quick. They also have a drive-through, so if you're feeling lazy (which you will probably be since you're be at the beach), you can get your coffee/milkshakes there. However, I would recommend going inside since the staff were very friendly. I went to this place with my brother and girlfriend and it was great. We order their chocolate chip cookie and it was good, not too sweet. My brother had the chai tea latte and he says he can never go wrong with that. They also have milkshakes which have been good. My girlfriend and I had the mocha. I thought it tasted like a regular mocha although my girlfriend thought hers was too milky. Overall, great experience and would definitely come back again.

Having a Cappuccino with Ccino (pronounced Chino). If this doesnt brighten your day nothing will!

Jumpin Java is the perfect place to meet friends as for a cup of joe or just pop in for a pre work boost. The friendly staff will great you with a smile and Ccino the pup will meet you with a cold nose! One of my favorite cafes in the Brunswick County area. Close to Ocean Isle and Holden Beach. Parking is a breeze and the menu is diverse! Be sure to try out one of their teas too!

First, we were skipped in line for ordering and when we got to the window we were questioned as to why we hadn't ordered - as if we chose not to order. Second, we tried to order dirty sodas. The servers looked confused when we asked for it, but when we clarified what we were asking for (and showed the advertisement flyer) the server nodded and rang us up for three dirty sodas. However, after a few minutes we were handed clear drinks which weren't anything close to a dirty soda (that comes with cola, in case someone reading this doesn't know what that is). When trying to tell them the drinks we received weren't what we were looking for, several workers argued with us. More than likely it is just a franchise difference, with different menus for different stands. I explained that I had had one at a 7brew in Virginia just two days prior - but instead of just explaining this, the workers said we were "victims of AI" and that no 7brew sells them. I understand not selling a certain item, but there was no need to argue or be rude. The drinks we DID get weren't very good, but that is probably just a personal dislike and the fact it wasn't what I was looking for rather than the actual drink being bad. The incorrect drinks would've been just fine if it weren't for the sour taste the terrible customer service left behind.

It's a bit pricey, but you…read morecan tell they use high quality ingredients and whoever curated the menu put a lot of time into it. The avocado toast, the veggie breakfast burrito, the coffee cake, the smoothies, and the iced black amber are my go to's and they never miss. The service is quick, even though I know they get crazy busy during the summer. As someone who understands service/cafe biz, I will always give leniency to workers who are busting it during high volume seasons. The people who don't understand that a wait will be expected when you have one good coffee shop on an island that hosts thousands of people every summer are dense. Be kinder to your service workers, people. The most recent time I visited Drift, I was excited to try the Acai bowl. After I ordered, I was told that unfortunately they were out of Acai. They refunded my money and I ordered a smoothie instead. I was ready to pay for my smoothie when the employee told me the smoothie was on the house since they were out of Acai. Great customer service. I've been visiting Ocean Isle since there were rinky-dink water slides in operation across from what is now Drift. It's been wonderful to see a successful, quality coffee shop on the island.

Mr. And I both ordered the market bowl. Quinoa, sweet potatoes, avocado, tomato, and a spring mix w a fried egg on top. It was beautiful! Then we bit into it. The sweet potato was barely on the brink of being frozen. The Quinoa was also cold...not just room temperature, but ice-cold! Avocado was way too cold as well. So, you can imagine what this did to the beautifully cooked egg... yep - turned it cold in a heartbeat. Really off-putting to bit into. Mr. went back inside and asked if they had a microwave to heat it up and the 'workers' just said that was they way it was supposed to be. Mr. tossed the entire thing in the trash and simply said "well, it's disgusting". You would think there would be a simple offer to heat it up, or some kind of remedy for the situation. They didn't give a crap. I'm pretty sure they flipped us the bird on the way out. Nice.
