Restaurant not open, pool table area not open, three different activities that are shown in the pictures, posted from the management, that don't even exist in the building, the best jumping part of the whole place (jumping from the trampoline into the pit or swinging down the Tarzan rope into the pit) shut down. Everything went well. Only thing is the time & space. It goes by fast. And the party area are tiny. Our host was very helpful. Everything was set up nice but I wanted to add our own decorations. She helped me do that. It's a bit pricey but worth it for 20 kids. My mistake was that I ordered two extra pizzas and they weren't needed at all. **The pizza slices can be cut in half & since kids barely eat and want to play.. lots was left over. Also. I discovered late that I could have dropped off the decorations earlier in the day so that our host could have set those up to begin with! I would have preferred to do that. We did ours on Friday which is also teen night & I have to say it's the second one if gone to in a Friday night and it's very chill. Not too many parties going on. read more

Awesome place for the kids! Took my 11 yr old here for some jump time. We did A combo play and jump and it was great! My son particularly enjoyed the basketball section as he stayed there most of the time. I enjoyed the jumping lanes. The arcade was great as well. My 60+ yr old mother enjoyed all the games . Make sure and don't come hungry ! Brought 5 kids for lunch and jumping at noon. The kitchen doesn't open until 2 so we ordered dominoes. Kids were mid bite and they kicked us out. Read reviews and thought this would be a good place for my 4 yo and 9 yo yo enjoy at the same time. We came on a week day and the only place to get a water is a vending machine which took our money and the staff is extremely rude. There doesn't seem to be any rules for older kids staying out of the toddler area (5 & under), very old play areas and pretty expensive for what they have to offer. 2 hours is plenty of time for any kid. Not a fan. While my husband was trying to ask questions about the options of packages the girl at the register picked up her cell phone WHILE he was talking to her and completely ignored her then had the nerve if he was talking to her and what he needed in very rude tone?!!!! Ummm hello you are at the register supposed to be greeting people and offering assistance on what options to chose. Poor, rude, non existent customer service. read more

The prices are fair, they have a full bar with drink specials and a pretty good Bloody Mary. The food is better than a concession stand. I definitely think some menu items are better than others. However you can tell they try because there is a lot more than just pizza, chicken strips and burgers. The basil tomato flat bread was super tasty. My kids really enjoy coming here and they make it fun for adults as well. We will definitely be back. read more

If all you do is take your kids to jump, then it's okay. But if you're like any other parent, you'd like to experience some snacks and drinks while your kids play. Get ready to spend big... drinks are expensive, even the soft drinks. Refills are over a dollar. Spent over 20 bucks for my wife and I to have "snacks". One of the newer attractions in town! My younger siblings loved it - we were all dead afterwards. Make sure not to wear denim for safety reasons and to wear socks. They don't make you wear their socks like other trampoline parks we've been to, so you can bring your own! read more

Awesome place for both kids and Adults. Many different areas for kids to jump around. They also have a bar and grill. Food was amazing. I got a sunrise bacon burger and it was super good! Both the jumping and food is reasonably priced. Kids enjoyed jumping around. Will definitely be back. read more

Someone stole my kids prescription eye glasses. They were an expensive perception because he is so blind without them. Shame on that person. It was his only pair and now he has to go to school for two weeks without glasses. He can't see!! The staff just looked at us like we were dumb instead of assisting us in looking for them in case someone picked them up by accident. I called the next day and the worker said we will call if they show up. It's hard to give this place a good rating if nobody is watching the kids things including shoes and jackets. Absolutely worse experience spent over 600 tonight and left unsatisfied. Asked staff to purchase ballons for my 3 year old daughter was advised no button to charge but if party left behind would bring over. Then once party left same staff sat and deflated them. Came originally for a birthday party for my son but did not book In advance to weather. Once arrived was advised could not book party and changed full price. With that no problem we had eleven people and are now taking up 5 tables in the toddler area. Asked manager for one of the empty non scheduled party areas that three were available and told no. Then asked him to contact General Manger who agreed to sit us. In the end horrible customer service and people skills. Recommend Get air or Bowelera for a great experience. read more

Two friends and I went in with our kids to celebrate her daughters birthday. We were told when we walked in that we could not bring in a cake.. so they put it in the fridge for us. It does not say you can not bring a cake in if you do not have a party already planned there. So we asked them since we could not bring in a cake do they provide one... they said no. So we asked them why we couldn't have a cake and they responded with "well the people that spend a lot of money to have a party here would be upset" We have had a party there and I would NOT be upset if someone could not afford to have a party for their kid there but could afford to take their kids eat some pizza and do cake for their birthday. We spent 80 plus dollars total for jumping and food here but we could not bring in a cake to celebrate a kids birthday?? That's a little ridiculous Also it took 45 minutes for my friend to even get a pizza bc they gave it to the wrong table. TERRIBLE service all around. I will be going to get air next time read more

If I could give this no stars than I would. This customer service is the worse by far that I have ever received in my life. They are rude from the start when I was trying to order my food. They did not offer more than one menu and there was about 6 of us trying to look at one menu. After we order our food, they made us uncomfortable and and kept walking by staring at our group of people. We asked the worker there if there was something wrong because she kept looking at us and she literally told us to mind our own business. VERY RUDE STAFF AND MANAGER! We attended a friend's daughter's birthday party and for sure my son had fun with the facility but the staff especially a lady named Shelly and the manager of this Corpus Christi location are so rude and unprofessional. Never going back there and never recommending this place because the staff are making the image of this place which is supposed to be fun into a nightmare because of the staffs' bad behaviors. The manager and this Shelly lady told us to leave just because we tried to cancel some of the food we ordered and they said they were calling the police for us. We waited for the police to show up but nobody came until we had to leave since 3 of our party of 7 are nurses and have to work. I work taking care of people and I have never been ever rude and mean to anyone I encounter especially to my patients and their family. I think corporate and owners should look into this 2 ladies unacceptable, disrespectful and ghetto behaviors coz this will greatly affect Jumping World's reputation. A manager instead of trying to pacify and resolve a simple situation was confrontational and escalating the situation, so sad to think a manager would do that and Shelly told us to " If we have a problem, then mind our own business and reviews are not gonna affect me anyway". I was so hungry coz we just came from church and did not get to eat because of these ridiculous, undertrained and irresponsible staff who does not know the meaning of customer service. 5 thumbs downs to the Shelly, the manager and another girl with braided black hair. The staff working there clearly don't care enough to enforce the rules. There is a jumping area clearly marked for 5-10 year olds and another area for 11+ year olds, so why are there adults constantly jumping in the way of my 6 year old daughter in the 5-10 year old area? The customer service was TERRIBLE!!!! We showed up after the last day of school with about 20+ kids. My daughter's birthday was the next day and we had a cookie cake for her. Because we hadn't officially booked a party they wouldn't let us bring the cake in. I can understand since "no outside food unless you are having a party" policy (they would not make an exception even though our "party" was bigger than most) but it got worse.... One friend had a groupon good for 2. Her daughter presented the groupon and when the daughter's friend went to pay cash, the daughter said "oh, you are on my groupon..." the cashier literally snatched the cash from the child's hand and said, "sorry we don't give refunds!" OMG that was stealing from a child!!! We did get the kids money back after complaining to the manager. The last straw was when we were all taking up two booths and our time was almost up (we literally had 5 min left). A guy came and kicked us out of our booths saying he had to use those exact booths for an incoming party even though the rest of the place was empty - like 6 other booths were free next to us. THEN, they asked us to clean up as they were kicking us out. The facility was fun but the staff was RIDICULOUS!!! I went to get a beer and the bartender didn't know how to work the taps so I had to wait about 10 minutes for the manager to come pour me a beer. As for food, the chicken tenders were gross and inedible, the avocado turkey wrap's tortilla tasted like cardboard, but the chicken ranch flatbread was good. Fries are good. But I and the moms of the 20 kids will never be paying to have a party here based on the treatment we got. Uh get a clue. Take care of your customers. read more
