Everything came out quickly and the staff stayed friendly and efficient the whole time. The place is always clean and well taken care of. The staff seem to always be in good spirits, which really adds to the overall experience. The seats are the more traditional movie theater style, so if you're used to the newer reclining seats that many theaters have now, that might take a little adjustment. Overall it's a great and unique movie experience. It's also nice not being packed into a loud theater. I really appreciate their strict no-talking and no-cell-phone policy too.
