I found JumpStop online, checked their website, everything looked good, so I made a deposit and left my info, then I come on yelp and see a 1* review which claims that all the good reviews were left by people who knew the owner. I was so worried about anything going wrong but Maggie was so kind, helpful and quick to answer any of my questions so it put my mind at ease. On the day of my event, Maggie and Alex showed up on time, they were very friendly and helpful. The bounce castle was clean and not old or dated. Maggie made sure it was clean inside after they inflated it, she wiped it before leaving my house, she CARES for the business and customer's satisfaction. I felt taken care of and it was amazing. Pick up was flawless too, they came at the exact time we spoke about, deflated, folded it and quickly left. Great experience all day!

We ended up with the new 5-1 combo with the slide INSIDE and tunnel and basketball hoop because he said it was the most popular one and it fit my space perfectly. The pricing is for a full day and it's SO reasonable. We only needed it for a few hours so I asked for a later drop off and Steve even asked if I was sure since I was paying for the full day. I did prefer a later delivery time and they totally accommodated. The day before Steve called to confirm, and then answered more questions I had. Delivery day, and Jeff showed up ON THE DOT and set up was so easy and fast. They don't take payment until delivery which is amazing to ensure everything is up to par and it was! I must say, our experience was nothing less then great. Cesar, Vanessa Nicole and his entire team was at my home setting up the tent and then drape the tent perfectly. They did the wonderful job draping the tent with a chandelier. Actually, they did wonderful job setting up everything. The color coordination was superb. Cesar was wonderful. He arrived earlier than anticipated, and even offered to pick up the jumper the following day, so my kiddos could enjoy it for a bit longer. The jumper was clean, safe, and the kids loved it. I will say, if you plan on getting the jumper with the basketball hoop in it, keep an eye on the kids. The balls provided are not soft, so someone could definitely get hurt if they are nailed in the face. I'll definitely be coming back.
