Great clean facility compared to other jump places we have been to. Check in took about 30 minutes because there was only one person working and there was a grandma holding up the line trying to finish filling out wavers.. there was a super timid worker that was manning the diving board area and it was making me nervous because the kids were jumping on top of each other and she wasn't doing much about it. Other than that my kids had fun and it wasn't too crowded. Would probably come back again. read more

We hosted my daughters 5th birthday party here and it was AJ absolute blast. Emma was our party host and she was INCREDIBLE. They take care of set up and cleanup and anything you need in between. We booked the Jumptime party package at the Jumptime off Franklin/Eagle in Meridian for our 2-year old daughter. The process was straightforward and efficient, and the staff provided all that was promised. Abby was our host and did an awesome job making sure the food was out on time and we were accommodated. Our two year old had a blast and was definitely more interested in playing more than her presents or treats! A great value! We would highly recommend it and would go back and do it again! read more

I'm currently sitting at the meridian jump time. I am ashamed and more embarrassed than I have ever been in my entire life. My daughter raves about how much fun it is here so we came for some birthday fun after her party..... 7 unlimited wristbands. Everything started out fine until my kids got yelled at by a staff member for using the laser maze, which was not labeled "reserved." Then there was this giant inflatable bag that you could jump in to off of a trampoline. My kids begged me to do it. I am about 40 lbs over weight. Do I look it..... yes..... do I know it yes...... I jumped off and sunk up to my shoulders. I sat there for what seemed like 10 minutes trying to get out. People were snickering at me from around the safety gate, the staff member just smirked every time he walked by. When I finally got him to stop I asked if there was a trick to getting out and he said "not really." I had exhausted myself trying to climb out at this point. Another staff member came to switch places with him and they went and stood in the corner and looked and me and were snickering. Finally two moms came and helped me get out. While I am not obese I am heavier from having a baby. I do not even want to jump with my kids at this point because I am so ashamed and embarrassed. I'm am sitting in the corner ,by the laser maze that my kids are not allowed to play in, crying. Thank you jump time for hiring the most unprofessional staff. They are letting bigger kids run all over small kids in the kiddie zone(including candy cane lane,)rude, and act like they are entitled. No one should be treated this way. read more

I don't usually have a hard time articulating my feelings on a place, but JumpTime has me waffling. There is a LOT to do, my kids love it, and the new facility is an improvement over the old. But there are just enough obnoxious elements to make JumpTime my least favorite indoor kid's space. The Moderately Ok: There are a few bounce inflatables, kiddy rides, tons of trampoline varieties, a dodgeball court, a really cool Ninja course, and a high jump into a giant inflated pillow. Plenty to do for all ages. I imagine this place is particularly good for the 7 - 12 age range. There are weekday times where you are not paying by the hour and that is pretty affordable for a younger kid. Though you are not allowed to bring in your own food, they do have a cafe to purchase food. Coffee is available (though preeeetty gross in my book). You can book parties and a semi-private party space. I have only been an attendee, but the parties seem ok. A sullen teenageer will be your "party host" and bring you Papa Murphy's pizza and start cleaning the space 15 minutes before your party actually ends, because another party begins at the exact time yours ends. But at least you don't have to do the clean up. The Not So Good: This is a huge space. However if your kids are under the age of 5, that's not really a good thing. It means you are chasing them all over, constantly trying to keep track of where they are and ensure that they aren't leaping to their death off some ledge. My 1 year old, "Hurricane" is particularly hell bent on self-mutilation. I leave JumpTime utterly exhausted. They do have dedicated space for kids under the age of 5, but it not sectioned off and the only deterrent for older kids is a sign that says "Five and under". And it certainly doesn't corral your little beast. I have never, not once, seen someone over the age of 18 working at Jump Time. I love teenagers. I used to teach them. I have met many WONDERFUL teenage workers at businesses all over the valley. Unfortunately, none of them work at JumpTime. The customer service is not great. I think a staff training on smiling could be beneficial. Lastly, a funny (maybe?) anecdote. The last time I was there, the person running the music was playing a hip hop playlist. Most of it was ok, though not terribly conducive to kid's play. But then an incredibly inappropriate song came on. I'm talking F bombs every other word blaring from the speaker under our trampoline. It was only about 30 seconds before someone thought to change the song, so no real harm done. But I'm thinking they might want to review their music selection policies. :) read more

Went for a kid's birthday party for the first time in a few years. Was told 3 different things about signing waivers for kids who weren't jumping by 3 different employees, so frustrating. Took more than 30 minutes to sign us in even though we were some of the only people signing in. Refused to let us come in with a coffee in hand. Was planning on buying lunch while we were there but since it was such a hassle just to get in to the party I decided not to give them any more business. My kids wanted their birthdays here but we will go somewhere else for their birthdays and won't patronize Jump Time in the future. read more

We were "here" about a year ago, and it's a totally experience today! It has built a new facility in a new location with many more equipments. It is definitely new and much cleaner. My boys love their Ninja course and dart (Nerf gun) time which adults can have lots of fun and challenges as well (or tiring...). Big parking lot to accommodate guests. They have more guards to monitor the play areas to ensure safety of players. Note: there are some age and height restrictions on the Ninja course. If the kids is younger or shorter but wants to try it. S/he musts be accompanied by an adult who will pay a 50% off ticket. I had to go in and do a bit "stunt" with my 7 year old short boy. Be prepared if you have a younger kid who wants to try it. We didn't try the food so I can't rate the quality of food. I would say this is a great party place to have a kids birthday parties and many hours of fun just on any day. Only hope they would have a few lockers and the check in area a bit bigger. It is too close to the entrance so lots of people were crowded over there when we walked in. Some hand sanitizers dispensers around the play area will be a big plus, too. read more

My kids grandma takes her here quite often and raves about how relaxing it is for parents. I've been skeptical but after taking her myself I understand why it's a really good place. Plenty of space for kids to jump around and play. The dodgeball area seems to be fun. We've been to Jump Time several times. It's essentially a gigantic warehouse filled with trampolines, allowing you to jump, hop, and play to your heart's content. They also have a swimming pool-sized pit filled with foam blocks to dive in, a dodge ball area, and a mini basketball court where the added boost of a trampoline makes shooting baskets a lot more interesting. If I were to have written this review in the winter, it would merit four stars--not perfect, but very good. So fun that even my straight-laced brother in law, an attorney, loved jumping. But our most recent visit (in July) has changed that opinion because Jump Time is not air conditioned. It was 100 degrees outside, and 90 degrees in the building. I asked a worker if the air conditioning was broken, and he confirmed that they just don't have it. They do have several large fans to at least keep the air circulating, but it's not enough. I was uncomfortable just sitting there, and my children, who were running and jumping, were asking to leave after 20 minutes--an unfathomable thing coming from kids who begged to go in the first place. Jump Time is also pretty spendy ($10 per hour, per child) and they don't do a very good job policing the jumpers. They assign each jumper a colored wrist band that corresponds with your "end time," and they announce over the loud speaker when your color's time has ended, but they don't enforce it. That means that kids whose parents pay attention to them leave when they're supposed to, but rowdy, unsupervised kids with checked-out parents linger far past their paid time. I split the difference on my review--three stars (two in the Summer, four in the winter), but personally, we won't go back until after the hot weather ends. read more

I like keeping an eye on them as they jump but as they pass from Dodgeball to the pit to basketball and back again, I am running around on the perimeter. My two boys love coming here and this is where my son wanted to have his birthday. I got the ball rolling 3 1/2 weeks ago by reserving a time slot and a table. I called twice and left voicemails at the time of booking and had questions but never got a call back. It was whatever I'll just go in early or figure it out. Here's where my issue is or directed at. Less than 24|hrs before my sons party I get an email saying that since my son is NOW 6 years old after checking his waiver that we got to pay an addition for him. On top of the $25 non-refundable fee, after expecting to pay $153 for the package. Not including cake, decorations, presents other expenses that we chose to do because we wanted this to be a memorable birthday that he truly wants to have. I called a few minutes after getting her email and she wouldn't budge or take accountability for the lack of communication or give any sense in direction to resolve this issue. Not even "I'm sorry for the frustration" from my 14 years of working customer service the customer is always right, some customers can exaggerate and blow things out of proportion but this is on you, Liz. There's more places to go and take our kids to now, you don't treat a paying customer who was bringing in over $200 after everything said and done with other families joining this celebration. Like I said there's other places and we can and like to go to. What's concerning is she says there's quote on quote "No one above her." "No one else to talk to." Everyone has a boss. You're a party director/manager but you don't have information or knowledge of your Manager, your General Manager, CEO? Then she changed her words later with my fiancé and said she can't give out personal numbers Then she must of been told to give us her general managers email because I did get that.... in an email. This has my blood boiling. This is my son's birthday and his first one inviting friends from Kindergarten and friends we don't get to see all too often. The day before. The day before. We paid $38 for one hour of jumping with three kids. $10 extra for "ice skating". $48 total. This is standard and I can see why they would charge extra for the new ice skating feature to recoup that cost. However, I also purchased a 20oz Powerade for $3 dollars. After I purchased it I asked for a plastic water cup so that I could share it with my 3 year old and not give him the entire bottle. The 6oz plastic water cup is 25 cents extra (this is the 1 star part). We have had many birthday parties and events here and never had to pay 25 cents for a plastic cup. This is gouging the customer for any extra nickel and I disagree with the practice of charging for a water cup in general. That is all. Ps. I went ahead and bought the cup with my CC for 25 cents. I'm sure it was worth it for JumpTime to pay their merchant service fees on that transaction for their 25 cent plastic cup from the dollar store. read more

The new "ice skating rink" is pretty cool and fun. My daughter loved it. However, that is where the good stops. It is obvious there is no leadership present. The staff don't know how to properly operate the POS system. It took more than ten minutes to be charged improperly. It wasn't worth arguing to get the price to be properly charged - pathetic. In the end, I was over charged by $14 by someone that doesn't understand the prices nor math. One person couldn't operate the system while the other was too busy on her phone. What is the point of the rules if no one is going to enforce them? Wait, I know the answer. ALL of the staff is too damn busy on their damn phones. I was watching kids that were way too short to be on the large jumping bag while the "guard/staff" member was screwing off on her phone. What the hell? The "ninja time" has a minimum height restriction. Obviously it means nothing to parents or staff. Wait, they are on their phones again! The clothing of the staff is poor. Ripped pants? What the hell is that besides unprofessional? They also seem to be so bored they are out jumping. Shouldn't they be paying attention to what is going on? We all know there is plenty of cleaning to do if they're that bored. For the ice rink, I would recommend covering the sharp edges all over, though. Otherwise, it is a good time. Also, please do what bowling alleys do with shared shoes. I don't need crabs of the feet. And, stay off your damn cell phones and pay attention! You're asking for a damn lawsuit. Did I mention that cell phones are a problem with the staff? read more

Despite this place being kind of run down and grubby, my four year old had a great time here and came home tired. Upon walking in, you're facing a net-encased trampoline area with a ton of older kids playing dodge ball. There are multiple tablets where you fill out your waiver with all the information they don't need like address and email (what happened to just signing your name?). Then you get in line to pay. The price wasn't bad - $7.50 for unlimited time. There is a concession area that sells a bunch of not-so-great snacks. Despite the signs declaring no outside food or drink, plenty of people were walking around with coffee and food that was clearly not bought at the snack bar. My kiddo is just under 48" so she could have played on either side; the facility has an entire area dedicated to children 48" and under. However, the employees didn't do a very good job of monitoring that - there were a lot of kids much taller there. That said, this place is pretty decent for the price. The employees are nice although not great at enforcing rules. As long as you're an assertive personality and don't mind watching your kid pretty closely, you're fine. We'll be coming back! read more

My 4 year old loves coming here. He tells us all the time that he wants to go Jump! Great way to get the silly out when the weather is bad. My husband takes him for an hour and he's begging for a nap by the time they leave! I gave 3 stars for suggestions on improvements to make it all the better. I agree with another helper that the toddler zone is not monitored at all. When we first started coming here, our son was just a little guy and he would get trampled by these big kids who should not have been in the room to begin with. The pricing was great for kids under 3. But I feel like it starts getting a little steep for 3 and older. One nice thing, is now that our son is old enough to jump on the larger equipment my husband can join in with him. He says it is quite the workout. read more

This place was great. I read some pretty unsavory comments on here and was hesitant to go honestly. I am very glad to have given this place my business and would continue to do so in the future. They had a lot of options for the kids and even the smaller children too. The little kids and big kids areas were well separated and monitored by staff. The staff, although young, was very attentive to children safety. We came on a Saturday afternoon which was busy but we didn't have to wait for anything and when one area was crowded, there were plenty of other places for the kids to play. We have been to jump time in Meridian and Boise on a few prior occasions. Yesterday after being cooped up at home all day with a fussy baby my 8 year old and I set out with baby in tow to go to jump time meridian. We paid admission at 9:14 p.m. it seems ridiculously expensive at $10.50 per hour. I would have been fine with this rate if we were not treated like second class citizens the entire time we were there. They closed the foam pit at 9:40 so they can clean. after aaking if it was going to be closed for the rest of the night, I was told that it would "maybe" be opened up again and that it was really up to the Tramp Guard. I was told to ask the Tramp Guard about it just to continue getting completely blown off , vague answers, and told to ask other employees about it. My child was very disappointed because she did not even get to set foot in the foam pit area despite me having paid full price admission. Here's what really gets me, it was abundantly clear they were dead set on getting out of there no later than a nanosecond past 11 o'clock which is there closing time. After closing down the foam pit they continued their cleaning duties, asking me to move out of their way two different times. An employee was dust mopping the floor gaining closer and closer proximity to myself and my 11 month old walking infant. When he reached my baby with his dust mop he just looked at my baby and then looked at me like "get your kid out of my way". I swooped my baby up very quickly; If I hadn't been so quick it was clear the employee would have swept on top of my baby's hands!!! They mopped a section without restricting access to it which made my 8 year old daughter have walk barefoot on a wet, chemical covered floor. Prior to my daughter stepping on the wet floor, she asked the employee who was mopping if she could go where he had mopped so she could look for her socks. He told her to proceed with caution because it was slippery. He didn't pay any mind to the fact that she was barefoot and that it's a huge OSHA violation to allow a barefoot child/person to walk on a wet floor. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. There was no manager on duty, the employees were selfish, rude, and unprofessional except for one young man. Unfortunately though, he was not proactive in communicating to any of his coworkers regarding the reopening of the foam pit. I mentioned the fact that I was very unhappy about it closing early having paid full price. If the employees were half decent, had received proper training, or perhaps if there was a manager on duty, this part of our problem at Jumptime Meridian could have been resolved very easily by simply offering to extend our time allotment. It is clear that it's their way or the highway, and they will gladly accept your money at the full price rate too. Oh, and customers are a mere inconvenience. Jumptime Meridian, be prepared for a BBB complaint demanding all of my money back and a call to OSHA. read more

Well I guess the kids would have fun no matter how long they got to play I was disappointed that we got there at 6 and we're told that they were changing the hours for the evening and closing at 7 instead of 8. The problem is the horrible management. We reserved an area there for a birthday years ago and it went great! But this time we booked an area for my sons 6 year birthday. We booked it about a month in advance expecting to pay $150. TWO DAYS before the party we receive a long email about how they will be charging us more because HES SIX! Umm hello.. he's turning 6 years old. We called and spoke to Liz who is supposedly the reservation manager (hard to believe) and she was completely unhelpful and insisted on increasing what we have to pay due to his age. She would not budge on this and refused to allow us to speak to someone higher up, because supposedly there is no else. After paying the deposit (goodbye deposit), sending out invitations, preparing decorations, cake, etc they waited until we are pretty much stuck with their company and then increase the cost. UNREAL! This company is taking advantage of their customer base. You are better off going elsewhere for your children's birthday. There are plenty of places similar to Jump Time locally. This place is fine, so long as they cant hold your child's birthday as leverage over you. read more
