Unethical.... Would NOT honor warranty, even though phone was NOT dropped, hit, and confirmed no water damage. The screen randomly got lines in it AFTER their fix (clear screen defect) and well within the warranty range, but they refused to fix it without charging me a third time... I refuse to pay 3 separate times to fix same screen/same phone...Story below.... I had an iPhone XS with a cracked screen. The first time I went in - I paid in full & they fixed the screen. It went out again, but it was a little over a year -out of their warranty, so I took it back and paid them to fix it again. Then 5 months later (after the 2nd fix), it went out again. I was originally told that there was a 1 year warranty on the screen and if I saw lines pop up or anything weird, I could bring it back and they would make it right and fix the phone at no additional charge. I was told now if it was thrown, dropped or dropped in water they would not warranty that. I was just standing there holding the phone and all of a sudden it went out. So I figured it was just a screen defect since it was not dropped and nothing was spilled on it. I took it into the store. The woman thought it was water damage, but I asked her to look in the phone and I promised it was not dropped in any water. She looked inside the phone and confirmed she saw no water damage. She also confirmed that the screen look perfectly fine, there was no dings on the edge of the phone and the phone was not cracked in anyway. You could tell the phone itself had not been damaged... but they still would not honor the warranty. She called her boss, but her boss also said they would not honor it. They told me maybe it was pressure from me carrying it in a pocket. They told me, because I carry my phone in my pocket- was my fault the screen was damaged. WHAT??!! (I'm 110lbs, 5ft3in. & don't wear super tight jeans or anything like that, so I thought that was a weird comment) I always have carried my phone in my pocket or my purse and it's never broken just from that. I thought that was a really weird thing to say, but it seemed that they would say anything to get out of fixing it & honoring their warranty. They said would give me a 'family and friends discount' to fix the screen AGAIN -the screen I had already paid to get fixed, but I ended up walking out, with my defective screen purchased from DASH. I will NEVER go here again as they will not honor their warranty. Beware!! there are other locations that will honor the warranty. So, the day that every MacBook Pro (MBP) owner dreads had finally arrived at my doorstep. You know, when you connect your power adapter to your MBP with the expectation that it'll recharge your battery, but find that your battery is still draining. Upon realizing my MBP would not recharge, I quickly backed it up and, as you can imagine, sought to get it serviced immediately. I decided to visit Dash. Full disclosure: I'd taken an older MBP model in to Dash a few years ago to be serviced due to a battery that wouldn't charge. Dash replaced the battery at very reasonable cost compared to Apple and any other repair shop. So, it was inevitable that I'd return for future servicing if need be. But my experience this time around was even better than the last. This time I was assisted by Addi, and was quickly reminded why I am a returning customer. Upon explaining the status of my MBP to Addi, he asked a few questions to get a sense of what he'd be dealing with regarding my MBP. On Monday, at approximately 5pm, Addi asked me to bring in my power adapter the next morning, and informed me that he would diagnose the problem and have an answer for me by 6pm that day. I paid Addi, once again, at a reasonable cost and brought my power adapter in Tuesday morning. At approximately 5:30pm, I received a text informing me that my MBP had been repaired and is available for pickup. I am pleased to inform my readers that my MBP is once again in perfect working order. When I asked Addi what I owed for his services and he answered, "nothing", but recommended that I replace my power adapter, as it was not providing enough power to my MBP and could be the cause of my battery not charging. When I asked if I should replace my battery given that it's nearly at the end of it's life span, Addi advised me not to do so until I noticed my MBP warping or any puffiness in the battery. He could have upcharged me or sold me items that I don't need but he was honest from start to finish, which is a rarity in many cases nowadays. However, in my book, particularly in business, I believe honesty is the best policy and goes a long way toward repeat business. I will likely follow Addi's recommendation, and I highly recommend Addi, of Dash, for your PC repair and servicing needs. Thanks Addi! read more

Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. These guys are great! I walked in an hour before close with my beloved gaming computer (laptop) because the screen was cracked. On top of this, I gave them a timeline wherein which I needed the screen fixed. It was explained to me the screen needed was very specific and needed to be ordered. They were not sure if they could meet my needs. I decided to give them chance and we agreed if the screen would not arrive in time, I'd just pick up the laptop. I took my daughters phone to be repaired. Cracked screen, simple enough. We've had this done before. Service was pretty good and it took about an hour. When I took the phone home to my daughter, her Face ID was not working. A couple days later, the screen seemed to pop and cracked again. She hadn't dropped it, or tossed it or anything. She was using it and it popped. I took it in since it was under a 30 day warranty and the person working proceeded to tell me I would have to pay again for the phone to be repaired. I was not happy. What was the 30 day warranty good for? Apparently not a cracked screen. He also insinuated that my daughter dropped her phone again and that was the cause of the crack. I called this company Saturday, May 29th, 2021. I asked gentleman who answered the phone if they could replace an iPhoneX battery and they said they could and they were Apple Certified. I showed up Saturday to drop my phone off for the battery replacement. After some back and forth on when I could pick up my phone, they ended the day with "we cannot do the battery replacement today because the universal battery we attempted to use will not work with your phone. I've ordered an apple battery and you can come back tomorrow to get the replacement completed". Price would be $65.00 and they gave my phone back to me stating "do not charge this phone as the battery has a hole in it, come back tomorrow after 3:00pm and we can get it replaced for you". Same day (Saturday) I decided to call Apple to have them look at my phone. They scheduled a repair appointment the next day on Sunday with the prince of $69.00. I decided at that point that I would have Apple make the replacement since the price was only $4.00 more than this company. I dropped my phone off with Apple once they had a battery in Stock, Wednesday, June 2nd. When I dropped it off, they mentioned that it was ok to charge my phone and this company LIED to me. Today, Thursday, June 3rd, 2021, I went to pick up my phone from Apple. They gave me pictures and explained they could not work on my phone as it had been modified.
