Just picked up my laptop today from them, and I gotta say, this was probably the best experience I've ever had with a technology related business. After my display broke literally the night before midterms, I brought my laptop into Best Buy where I was told either 1. I'd need to send my computer in to Apple for a month for repairs, or 2. I should just buy a brand new laptop. One of the workers recommended this place and after going, I recommend this place too. Beyond kind and knowledgeable in the issue, and as a college student with very little money, was able to ease my worries on selling a kidney just to replace the screen. Of course, 2020 would be the year my fairly new MacBook Air won't turn on. I went to Best Buy and purchased all new chargers and cords like an idiot when I should have just gone to the Macman. Chuck and Bob are truly amazing people to work with. Over the past year, I've taken an iMac, two desktop hard drives, and a Macbook Pro to them, and they've been kind and thorough in their work and help. They take the time to talk you through all the possible causes of your issue (or issues sometimes in my case), and really go through each option of repair for you. Recently, I had a broken display on my Macbook, and they were honest in the possibility that I might not be able to get a replacement due to the age of the laptop. But! The original MacMan was wonderful and fair. He sold the business to this man in 2022. I had to replace the key board on my mac in 2021 from the original MacMan who charged me just over $300.00 My wife need her laptop keyboard replaced and had it done with this bandit. He charged my over $600.00. Today I called Apple who told me the key board replacement should be about $300.00. If you have to use this bandit check with apple first to find the true price then have the bandit agree to a fair price. I suggest you find an honest shop to deal with. read more

This place really just has amazing service! I have been here multiple times and they are always so kind and helpful. Today I arrived around 8:20 only to find that they opened at 9. I called to see if there was anyway they would let me drop off my laptop and Bob let me in and got me all taken care of. The address in YELP is old -- the new address is 524 Tower Drive. Took my 3 year old Macbook in because it wouldn't charge. Chuck fixed it in less than 10 minutes, then proceeded to let me know that there were an additional 2 fixes that Apple would cover even though the book is way out of warranty. I had a sticky substance in my computer which messed with my spacebar where it wouldn't move. If I had taken to the Apple Store, the "genius" bar would've found any possible way to rip me off and charge me over 600 dollars... The Apple specialist took apart my computer fixed my spacebar to working condition and got the sticky substance cleaned up. I'm a college student and couldn't have afforded the 600 dollar fix but luckily these Apple specialist helped me ... WILL BE RETURNING! It cost me 40 dollars instead of 600 dollars I definitely recommend for any apple repairs read more

We took our Mac in for repairs and he told us it was too old and costly to repair. Power supply going out. We couldn't get it to power up. Only worth for parts. So he said he would dispose or it for us. This was over a year ago. Just got a call from someone named Drew Williams said he bought it from you on offerup app. Not only did you not recycle it. You sold it with all our personal information. You didn't even bother to wipe it and set it back to factory resets. What ethical computer business sells used equipment without wiping it first. read more

This place is the worst and am reporting them to Apple! First of all, I call and specifically ask what the cost would be with AppleCare+ to repair a 2019 Macbook Pro cracked screen and dent between the headphone jack and thunderbolt port. At first I was told $99 AND $299 but Apple says it's just $299. We get that squared away...then I ask if there's any ADDITIONAL fees or if it's ONLY $299...I was told $299. So I have my wife drive 30 miles over there only to find out there IS, in fact, an additional fee! They weren't willing to wave it even after highlighting that I drove 30 miles based on their word on the phone. I ended up going to Macsters where the service has been better, more straight forward, and no hidden fees that blindsided me. Apple doesn't allow them to charge extra on top of the fee for the AppleCare+ repair and am reporting them to Apple. Moral of the story, these guys don't honor their word when it comes to pricing. read more

In my book The Mac Man is the only way to go! Came home from vacation on Tuesday, and tried to no avail to boot up my computer which had been turned off for a week. Immediately called T.M.M. was told to bring it on down. Got a call Wednesday morning re:problem and fix, told Bob to Do It! By Wednesday afternoon I had my computer back. I never even consider calling, much less driving to Penn Sq. to The Apple Store. My computer is old, but I'm happy with it, because I can still have my Apple Works on it (which I use many times a day for my hobby, quilting. Bob & Chuck understand my need to keep this Application and always, always take care of whatever I need. The Mac Men Rock!! read more
