I'm very pleased with my recent service here. I have a toddler who, despite having the biggest, pinkest, "shock proof" case I could find on Amazon for her iPad, finally managed to shatter the screen. Repairing it through Apple would've cost $200 (it was not under warranty), which is obsurd because her iPad is an older generation that can be bought brand new for around $150. I didn't want to replace it because it otherwise still works fine, so I looked around online hoping somewhere else could replace the screen for cheaper. That's how I found Xpress. It's hard to find quotes online, but I saw in reviews on Google that other people had iPads repaired here for under $100. I figured it was worth it to stop in and ask for a quote. The friendly person informed me it would be $85. I thought that was reasonable, and they said it'd be ready in a couple of hours. They had it ready exactly when they told me and the screen looked new again! So, if you don't want to shell out the money for a new device and you don't have the warranty with Apple, this is a good option for repairing it! read more

So like most of you - I found myself out here with a cracked iPhone screen the day before a trip to Hawaii and needed to try to get it fixed ASAP. I ran a ton of errands all day while comparing prices on the repair and kind of cut it down to the wire at the end of the day. These guys had a price comparable to others if not a few $ cheaper and they told me I could bring it now and it would only take about 30 minutes. Dropped the phone signed a quick paper finished up my trip shopping and when I returned in 30 minutes the phone was brand new. The guy helping me was super nice and helpful as well. I wish I could give 0. We paid $600 to get my daughter's phone fixed. First time the camera stopped working. Went back the second time and they said she needed a new battery and screen. Paid $300, the screen won't stay down, it pops up on one side. By the time she could get back to the city to get it looked at again, the screen bent and stopped working completely. She kept getting alerts from Apple saying her battery was not apple compliant, her screen wasn't apple compliant. This is what $700 gets you at this place. A phone that doesn't work!! Patrick was extremely helpful. He was able to accomplish what CD-R, and AT&T couldn't all in less than 10 minutes. My sim was stuck in the port and he received it with ease. 10/10 def would recommend to anyone. He also noticed my phone was missing parts due to a previous repair and helped put the screen back in place so the touch screen would still work free of charge. These guys are excellent, excellent, excellent!!! I have used different services in the past (and i mean several!) i am hard on my phones (blaming the kids - hah!) and now i have found my home. I expected to get hit with the worst (I was taking in an ipad and iphone 8) - and they diagnosed both problems, got both devices working while offering kind conversation. I cant afford to lose my info on my devices (or get new!) best part, they found my solutions were simple and quick fixes (for them, the experts). They treated me like a friend and wouldnt let me pay them a dime for this type of fix! They even fixed another stores damage error in my iphone (which made my phone work as good as new again).
