From the start the Customer Service seemed rude and detached, like they were doing me a big favor and I should know that. It was noticably creepy. Upon requesting repair service for the rolling entrance door to my storage unit which had become almost impossible to open, I was given a 30 Day Notice To Vacate. TALK ABOUT INCONVENIENT. Not a very good value for the money either! Commercial storage units around here are in high demand, all with waiting lists.
