    Burrito bowl with Pork
    Carrieq R.

Great location with beautiful view of the river, freighters and boats. Indoor, Bar and outdoor deck seating. Husband ordered Bloody Mary (delicious) and it came with this little glass of something. We had no idea what it was, tasted it, still no idea as it had absolutely no flavor. The guesses of what it could be were very silly and fun. When we had the chance to ask what it was, we were told it was Bud Light. . Burrito bowl was good as was the fish n chips. We enjoyed our lunch.

    Walleye lemon picatta

Food was okay nothing to rave about. I got the spinach and artichoke dip to start didn't have much flavor. I liked that it came with pita and chips. Chips were bagged chips nothing special. Ordered the walleye lemon picatta. The lemon picatta sauce was nothing but oil and tasted no lemon at all and drownded with capers: The walleye still had the skin on it and had to scrap the fish out of it. My friend ordered the ribs we asked 3 times if they are fall off the bone they said yes. Ribs were not fall off the bone and the BBQ sauce was super Smokey. We got side salads and it was all mixed greens no romaine or iceberg lettuce in the salad. Location & scenery was amazing. If your looking for a good atmosphere then I'd give it a try and you decide what you think about the food. Service was good but food took a while to get to us we went on a Friday at 6pm and it was busy but not packed.

Great little spot who's slogan is "ship happens." (Available on all glassware and tshirts.) Arrived and parking was available just behind the restaurant- opens to the St.Clair river and you can see across to Canada. (As well to Stag island) Had some wine, beer and lunch. Wait staff was friendly, and honest. I will be back for those mussels as they are Ah-MAZ-ING!!! Yum....

This is a nice place, it is definitely a locals hang out. You wouldn't expect it to be dressed like fine dining on the inside, and have a very nice bar area on the Riverside. The waitress was kind we got there kind of late there was no attitude, we were only one of six customers that were there. The food came out it was good, the service was great, the menu is rather small but, sometimes it's better to have a small menu that you do well than to have a big menu That's mediocre. So if you want to watch the barges going up and down the river this is a great place to go grab a drink, get some food, go on a date. Oh sorry

We came here on Father's Day and it was a bit crowded but we had reservations. There was a carnival going on in the park across the street so parking was a bit scarce. We got a table on the patio and were able to watch the boats go by. We ordered the whipped feta and Thai cauliflower. The cauliflower was amazing! It was breaded with a Thai chili (not spicy) sauce. I got the in-burrito bowl, which was good but not spectacular. Husband got the Ruben sandwich and loved it! My dad and sister got the shrimp bowl which was on special and they both loved it. I knocked off a star because the service was a little bit slow and they didn't have any good vegetarian options. The only option was to get a burger with a morning star patty (which are not great). They could easily do a veggie pasta or sandwich with ingredients they already have.

Lovely restaurant on the St. Clair River in Marysville, Mi Great mix of seafood on the menu and good prices too! We split the Walleye dinner and the Bang Bang Shrimp. Both were very good.

Delightful place. Great location. Beautiful view. Came here with a longtime friend and tried 3 of their Christmas cocktails! Bartenders are all very friendly and welcoming. Cocktails are delicious! Their Roast and Toast was my favorite as it had coffee and the marshmallows were roasted! Super yummy! The Almond Joy to the World was creamier, and tastes like am actual Almond joy chocolate. I always love coming here and sitting at the bar because you can see the ships pass by! Huge plus!

Eating here right now. Great view of the river. We've seen three boats today. I'm having the white fish & chips. My wife is having perch, 1/2 order. Decent pricing. Bar atmosphere. We sat out on the open porch but they have it heat and it was good. Food service was great. Very prompt. E hit this place after playing 18 holes of golf down r the street at Maryville golf course. Great day at the end of September

I made the reservations because the website indicated that they would be needed. We arrived at 7:20 PM, and we were greeted by a very frantic host, who, without skipping a beat, turned to us and said that if we didn't have reservations, they didn't have any availability because they were completely booked. I indicated that we did. He cleared a table for us, and we were sat at exactly 7:30 PM, which is pretty much the only good thing that happened. Oh, and the restaurant was decorated nicely for the holiday. It was 10 minutes before our server came to our table. She had to stop at another table occupied by friends and have a conversation first before acknowledging us. She took our drink order, returned with the drinks, and then disappeared for another 15 minutes, like I didn't see her on the floor, and I could see the whole restaurant. Upon her return, we indicated that we wanted to start with a couple of appetizers. Each time we asked for something, her answer was, "we're out." They should have estimated how many patrons they would have based on the required reservations and had enough stock prepped. Unacceptable. I looked at her a bit confused, and she says, "well, it's 8 o'clock." Now, it wasn't the phrase; it was her tone, like there was a silent "dumba**" she was holding back. So, at that point, I was done. We kindly asked to pay for our drinks, and we left. Look. I worked in the business for almost 20 years. Your restaurant has about 15 tables-give or take. You had 3 servers, a bartender, and a host/busser and service was that poor? Come on! Additionally, who uses snark with a customer? You need to train your staff to be more efficient. If you need help, let me know; I can consult. Maybe we will try again on a different day, but given that the consistent criticism of the service in the reviews, I'm not promising anything. No pictures because we never got to the point of ordering food.

Situated in the heart of Port Huron's South Park industrial district, it once was the haunt for blue collar Joe's who worked as the likes of Anker - Holth, Ogden Moffett, Gibraltar Sprocket and the old Autolife/Prestolite. It suffered when this area was hit hard by the rust belt woes of the 70's, 80's and 90's, with all but neighboring Port Huron Building Supply left, and by the early 2000's many wondered not if Jack's would close, but when. As such, Jack's probably would have gone the way of so many small working-class bars, but a couple years ago some key things changed to ensure not only it's survival, but a comeback. The biggest was that the former Tomlin's drugstore, long the fixture at the corner of Electric Avenue and Connor Streets, was torn down. This suddenly gave Jack's a frontage that it never had, and it became "found "by hipsters in the area. It became a cool place to be, and suddenly 20-something's were seen packing a place that less than two years before was usually inhabited by a handful of Baby Boomers and 70 and 80 something's who had pretty much nearly embalmed themselves into oblivion. Somehow or another, the word then worked its way down to the Detroit area and across to neighboring Canada, and it, along with Neil's across the street (the former Sportsman's) have become a new destination point in the community. The difference between this and so many other hipster places that serve drinks is that Jack's was serving PBR and Schaefer's before it was cool, and the atmosphere, in all it's Knotty-pine glory, is truly authentic rather than the faked stuff thrown together in many places. The staff is usually pretty friendly, but it can now get hectic and a bit crowded on the weekend (still seems weird to say that for a guy that grew up in this area). Some might qualify it as a dive bar, but I just see it as your classic neighborhood hang out that thankfully survives into the 21st-century.
