I rented a BMW M4 from Jungle Exotic last weekend and overall had a great experience. Once I arrived, Luis took excellent care of me. He was professional, took things seriously, and made sure the car was fully ready before I drove off. On the front end, I did have some challenges getting a callback after submitting my online request, and unfortunately the original car I wanted was no longer available. However, Luis acknowledged the issues with their website, took full responsibility, and made the situation right. He helped me select another vehicle and put together a great package that I was very happy with. Mach was also very helpful behind the scenes with quick communication and making the entire process seamless. Overall, great customer service and a great experience. I would definitely rent from Jungle Exotic again. read more

Terrible, horrible, deplorable customer service! Leaning on the side of racism...using drivers licenses to profile potential customers and refusing to send information and proceed to transactions. If you have the means just buy the car you want to rent through them like we did or use a better company. Ignorant people here. read more

I rented a rolls Royce wrath. They didn't return my deposit and charged me for gas that I had already filled up the car before I returned it. I think this is just a bunch of kids trying to run a rental business. Car was also dirty! read more

Whenever we have family or friends visiting from out of state or overseas, it's one of our favorite activities because it's a relaxing way to see the Port of Long Beach, the Queen Mary, and, if you're lucky, the sea lions. We brought another group yesterday, and everyone enjoyed the tour. The only downside, in my opinion, is the boats used for the harbor tour. Yesterday we were on the Kristina, and in the past we've also been on the Caroline, which we chartered for my mother's ash-scattering ceremony about 14 years ago. Both vessels are showing their age. I also think the marketing could be clearer. The photos on the website and many travel sites prominently feature the newer catamarans, which gives the impression that those are the boats used for the harbor tour. I actually called ahead to ask and learned that the harbor tours use different vessels. While I appreciated getting the correct information, many first-time visitors probably wouldn't think to ask and may expect the newer boats shown in the advertising. The harbor tour itself is still worthwhile, and we'll likely continue bringing our guests because we genuinely enjoy the experience. I just hope Harbor Breeze considers updating or refurbishing the harbor tour vessels and making the marketing a little clearer so guests know exactly what to expect.

There was a lot of people in line. I was in the middle and thought I wouldn't get good seats, but I ended up sitting outside in the front. The boat is really nice and big. The front is the best place to sit with a good view of the whales and dolphins. The inside was packed and you don't really see a lot and sitting outside in the back you could smell the fumes from the engine. I did see dolphins and whales - the mom and the calf. They had a couple of experts talk about the whales and dolphins. We were past Newport Beach when we finally saw the whales. We spent a good amount of time seeing them. Then we went back. It's gets windy. It was a fun experience.

Had an amazing experience renting from Jungle Exotics over Valentine's weekend. I called the same day to book and they were able to get me into an insanely clean McLaren 720S spec with super low miles, which is honestly hard to find nowadays with rental exotics. The car was delivered within about an hour, exactly as promised, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. The car drove perfectly, insanely fast, and was clearly well maintained with no issues at all. What stood out the most was how chill and easy the team was to work with. They're super responsive, easy to talk to, and very reasonable with pricing compared to a lot of other exotic rental companies that overcomplicate everything. Jungle Exotics made my rental experience super easy and accommodating. I needed a last minute rental for my birthday and they were able to help me. I had no issues going back and forth with them when it came to my deposit, getting the car and giving the car back to them.
