I have never rented from a third company business until now that I can put trust to this. I always use Turo but I was able to give it a try. Jason, the owner, was such a great help towards my rental. I rented the 2016 Porsche GT3RS for one day (24 hrs). Car was clean, no problems during the rental and definitely a neck-breaker in public. Car enthusiasts will know the excitement of seeing one. The only thing I disliked was the mileage policy. I understand it's a super exotic car but if it was 300 mi for 24hrs, I'd take the offer. In other words, I still had fun. You only live once, so fuck it. Never driven one but was definitely a true experience to witness it. I will probably rent another car from Jason next time I'm around the area. This is the best exotic rental business in Orange County. Ameer and Jason are very professional and true car enthusiasts as well. I reached out to a couple other exotic rental companies in Orange County before I found Monza Exotics and they couldn't even compare. One being 1st Class exotics but more like economy class exotics since their cars were ran down and high mileage and some of the cars they offer weren't even actually their own. Monza owns ALL of their cars and they're the latest models along with properly maintained. I rented the Mclaren 570s Spyder from them and it was a blast. Highly recommend ! read more

The experience started with a **45-minute wait** while I was told the vehicle was being washed. After waiting that long, I expected to receive a clean, sanitized vehicle. Unfortunately, when I got in the car, the **front seats were visibly stained and dirty from the previous renter**. It was obvious the interior had not been properly cleaned or detailed. I chose **not to return the vehicle** because doing so would have caused even more inconvenience while my own vehicle was being repaired. However, I should not have been put in the position of having to accept a vehicle with a dirty interior simply to avoid further delays. Waiting nearly an hour only to receive a vehicle with dirty, stained seats is unacceptable. Customers should not have to wonder whether a rental has been properly cleaned between rentals, especially after being told it was being prepared. I have always expected better from Enterprise. I hope management improves its cleaning procedures and quality control so future customers receive the clean, well-maintained vehicles they deserve. **This experience fell well below the level of service I expect from Enterprise, and I hope it is taken seriously.**

I wasn't there because I wanted to rent a car for fun. I was there because my car had just been vandalized. You'd think a manager would have a little empathy, but Henry the MANAGER seemed more inconvenienced by my presence than I was by having my catalytic converter stolen. From the moment I walked in, he had an attitude. I was told to come back two hours later, and thankfully Eduardo helped me. He was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. The first vehicle available smelled like it had been marinating in regret and bad decisions, so Eduardo immediately went out of his way to find me another one without making me feel like I was asking for the moon. Then Henry came back and took over. Instead of supporting his employee, he was rude and disrespectful to Eduardo--who was simply doing an excellent job. It was embarrassing to watch. One minute Henry was trying to be pleasant, the next he was right back to being hostile. To top it all off, he wanted me to walk over to a vehicle parked right next to several people who were under the influence. I told him I didn't feel safe, and instead of understanding my concern, he acted like I was the problem. A manager sets the tone for a business, and unfortunately Henry set the wrong one. Eduardo, on the other hand, is exactly what customer service should look like. He's the only reason this experience wasn't a complete disaster, and frankly, he displayed more leadership than the actual manager. Enterprise, if you're looking for someone who represents your company well, promote Eduardo. If you're wondering why customers leave one-star reviews, start with Henry.

Hertz at the airport was going to charge me $440 for a 5-day rental, which did not make me happy and in my view, was price gouging. I needed to find a rental car close by that was cheap, and Stop-N-Go was half the price. Ultimately, the car worked fine although the brakes were terrible and the ride nothing to write home about, but it got me where I needed to go until I picked up my new car. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I DMed them on Instagram and the owner Aamer got back to me within a few minutes and got me into their insane Mclaren 720s for the weekend...and for less than other local companies were advertising. The person who picked up with super bubbly and welcoming, so we decided to swing by in person and check out their offers. BAM! Walking into their garage felt like I was walking into a music video. Then just the other week, I spontaneously wanted to rent a cute convertible exotic and luckily they had a gorgeous white Lamborghini Huracan available. I seriously fell in love with this rental! Aside turning heads, the feel behind each expensive magical machinery speaks volumes for itself.
